Would like to say Donny Satterly was Awesome he came out on 4th July weekend to look at my mother AC unit since it was out tried to get it working but since it had a pipe that needed to be replaced couldn’t but he made sure that the part was ordered and kept me informed of when it was to be in during the week. He arrived 1st thing this morning and had the unit working within a couple of hours!! I would recommend this company and Donny for sure he has been Awesome!!

Our air quit working. Called another company to come assess the problem. They told us we needed a new unit. Their estimate was outrageous (starting at $5200-5800). They couldn't give us an exact dollar amount until after the work was completed. There aren't many people who can afford to throw caution to the wind when it comes to money so that was intimidating and overwhelming. Called Wright and they quoted a price over the phone for a new unit ($3500). They were at our house and had the new unit installed within a few hours. Very reasonable. Honest & upfront. I would highly recommend them.

Mike came out on Saturday and got my heat back on for me, he was timely and very professional and knew how to fix the problem! Thank you so much! Give him a call if you have any problems, he will fix it!

DONNIE IS AMAZING! And so was his sidekick today. I woke up and my house was 58 degrees. With two littles babies in the house, I had to find someone who was responsive and friendly. I called the number on the website and Donnie was there within hours. Thank you to Wright Mechanical! We are snug and warm now.

Wright Mechanical installed a UV LIGHT/AIR PURIFIER System in my home this morning. They also performed maintenance on a home located at 2636 Merhoff Ave., louisville, Ky 40217 on Monday, April 6, for us!
The work performed by this company is of the utmost in quality and I highly recommend them. Their knowledge and workmanship is very impressive.
DONNIE was our service man this morning who arrived on time, was very courteous and efficient and completed the service in a timely manner.
I’m happy to say I’m now a Club Member and have been signed up with an Annual Service Agreement.

I would really like to thank the guys at Wright Mechanical. They were friendly and showed up right away and did not try to push anything on me I did not need. My furnace went out and they showed up on a Sunday. I really thought that I would have to buy a new furnace but Scott showed up and figured out that all I needed was a new circuit board. He could have easily pushed a whole new system on me but he did not. It is hard to find honest people and appreciate their candor and the way they do business.

Prompt, knowledgeable, fair and responsive. Can't get any better than Wright.
A/C went out in my mom's 1 BR, 950 sq ft apartment on Friday. Called one of the big outfits (you know the ones....big payroll, big marketing budget, separate sales staff, etc. This one in particular claims their "name is his phone number", blue trucks, yeah you know who ). Tech arrived and diagnosed problem. Need a whole new system. But, I have to wait until Saturday morning to talk to a salesman about a replacement unit. What, the tech can't just shoot me a price? Okay, no problem. Saturday-salesman gives me options. Equivalent replacement will be $7700....wow! seems a bit overpriced. Earliest install available is Wednesday. Dang, but it is hottest weekend of year so far. Started googling and calling around for a second price. Left messages at 8 different places. First call back is Scott Wright with Wright Mechanical. Says he'll be there in about 1.5 hours. He arrives as stated, confirms problem, agrees we have to replace whole system. But, his price for an equivalent replacement...$5250. Sold! Oh, Scott has a window unit in his truck we can borrow. He pops it in and it's cranking ice cold air in 5 minutes. AND, he gets the central unit limping along enough that the whole apartment is cooled off in an hour. Best part, Scott and his team are back early Sunday morning installing the system. We're back online by lunch.
Tuesday, the A/C unit in our house goes down. Scott is there by lunchtime, diagnoses, replaces a part, cleans off our coil outside and we're back in business.
Summary....call Wright Mechanical if you have HVAC issues. They'll show up fast, take care of your problem fast, at a fair price. Don't pay extra for sales departments, marketing departments, TV jingles, HR departments, the owner's membership dues at Valhalla, his boat and $60,000 pick up truck.
Wright Mechanical is now my go to for anything HVAC, forever!

The gentleman that came to my home called before he came. He went straight to the unit and trouble shooted the situation. I welcomed him in my home and felt safe because of his demeanor. He thoroughly explained what he felt needed to be done and had to go get the part. He came back in a sufficient time. He went straight to work and I feel that he went above and beyond to make sure that I will get the full capacity from my old unit. I believe his name was Donnie and because of him and his work I will advise anyone to call Wright Mechanicals. He made my day and I honestly believe that if any other company came here they would just say that I needed a new air-conditioner unit. I'm taking this opportunity to say Thank you so very much.

I had wright mechanical at my house because my air conditioner wouldn't work. They came almost immediately and quickly fixed my A/C. I just wanted to say thank you for the fast repairs, the minimal cost, and great customer service. I will recommend to all my family friends and I will use them anytime I have a problem they can fix!!

Highly Recommended! Wright Mechanical Services went above and beyond to repair our Air Conditioning System. The owner is a hands on guy that works along side of his employees and is very friendly. We would give 10 stars if we could.
