Mike was very efficient. He did a professional job, which is very appreciated. I would recommend Mike and Wright mechanical to anyone.

I told the service tech Donnie when he got out of the truck that my ac was done i just wanted a new system. After calming me down he said "lets look at it first". Ended up being a small part that he had on his truck and he found a shorted wire that caused the issue. He could have easily sold me a new system costing thousands but fixed my issues for what I felt was a reasonable fair price. Thank you Wright Mechanical for being an honest company that employs trust worthy and knowledgable technicians.

Very professional, friendly, and thorough. I got the recommendation from a friend who has cancer and they helped her out for free - which was so meaningful given their medical bills - so I definitely wanted to support their business. Got me in quickly, spent a thorough amount of time diagnosing the issues, took the time to explain things well, charged me reasonably, and even had a nice chat about bourbon. Donnie was great!

My furnace went out January 16, 2018. It was a snow day and we had several inches of snow and the temperature was 9 degrees outside. My fiancé reached out to Wright Mechanical Services around 9am or so that morning and someone arrived by noon. His name was Anthony and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an inspection and found the issue. He had the furnace working in an hour or so. To my relief, we had heat back quickly and the cost was very reasonable. I’d highly recommend and will use them for all future maintenance checks or shut offs. Excellent service for a great price!

Donnie arrived on time and was awesome. He took the time to explain the different types of contracts of service Wright Mechanical offers and no pressure as to which one to purchase. Everyone is very friendly and courgeous from the owner, technician and receptionist to talk with.
