I am the Grants Administrator at Boys and Girls Haven. We were in desperate need of an affordable (and quick) option for HVAC in our art studio. I cannot say enough about the responsiveness, professionalism and quality work of Anthony and his team from Wright Mechanical. They provided a reasonable bid one day and installed a new system the very next day. Our staff and kids THANK YOU!

In the throws of the coldest winter I can remember in Louisville, I called several heating and air companies because my furnace had stopped working. Wright was the first to respond and get out to my home. The technician, Anthony, was the kindest, most straightforward service tech that I've ever met. He worked quickly to identify the problem, talked with me the whole way through the process and I knew he knew exactly what he was talking about. Within an hour my furnace was running again, and my family was warm!

I had Wright Mechanical out again (I thought I wrote them a review after their last visit but apparently not) because of the positive experience I had the last time I called them. As he predicted, I needed a new unit because now mine had failed. I went ahead and had them replace my furnace and a/c unit this time instead of just service and maintain. I liked the upfront pricing which took some of the stress out of the situation. I knew that the price was fair because since the last visit I have obtained 3 estimates and Wright Mechanical was the lowest. They preformed every task as they described and even cleaned up after they left which was great. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because they were 20 minutes late (one of my pet peeves-sorry guys-can't help it) to install the new equipment. Overall, they did good work quickly with as little hassle as possible.

I highly recommend Wright Mechanical! Came home from work and the house felt like an oven. Called Wright Mechanical their office was closed for the day - left a voice message. Received a quick response from Anthony and he came right out! He had our problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. They are our new heating and cooling company!!

Tommy was awesome! He was quick and efficient! The pricing was fair. He answered all questions and was a joy to talk to. I'm glad I went the Wright way!

Had to call on one of the hottest Father’s Days and they were out in a few hours. Easy to schedule an appointment, great customer service and the A/C was up and running in a matter of minutes. Quality people who takes care of their customers. We highly recommend.

I made the mistake of letting what I thought was havc company put in my Fraser-Johnston system. After two days I called a company that is fairly large and pride there self on customer satisfaction after seven days 5 techs one calling himself a master tech could not get working. I called Wright and Anthony the tech showed up I explained what I had been through and how frustrated I have been seeing how this was a brand new unit and it being over 89 degrees in my home for over a week. After less then a hour he advised that I had several issues that should have been caught by the big company Anthony had me going cooling my home in about two hours wish there was a higher rating this company and my tech Anthony would get it this will be only company that will work on my unit. you would think havc company would know that Fraser -Johnston is a York product, the big company did not! Thank you Wright Mechanical and tech Anthony!

I called and they had Donnie there within 30 minutes. He was very professional and cared about our well being. Thank you for being so fair priced and honest with your assessments.

Had Donnie Satterly out at the house today to service my units. He showed up on time was extremely polite and professional. I highly recommend Wright Mechanical Services!! 5 Stars
