After meeting the Tom Drexler group at the Louisville Home Improvement show we had them come out for a tub to shower conversion quote. Their price was fair, but we needed a little time before we were ready. They worked with us and scheduled when we were ready. Shawn the technician was great to work with. He explained all the steps as he did them and answered all of our questions. We feel Shawn did an excellent remodel for us and it looks amazing.

Where to start with this service. Anthony, Brandon, Harley and Matt did an amazing job. The guys worked a long day but I took care of them by making them some Wisconsin brats for lunch. You take care of your labor workers they will take care of you. Guys told me what I need to do in attic to maybe help with better temperature throughout house so I plan to fix that in few weeks. Other then that the guys were very helpful and were treated with good hospitality. If I ever need to get service call these are the guys I want to fix what is needed.

Nick and Justin replaced my water heater after a sudden failure. These were stand up guys and quick too! No time was wasted, and no question left unanswered. 10/10 would recommend- great home improvement companies are underrated these days, save yourself time and hire the best!

Brad Holt and his partner did an amazing job replacing my water heater. It was a difficult install that required them to think outside of the box in order to get the old one out and install the new one. They were on time, very knowledgeable, polite, professional, and determined to complete the task no matter how difficult it was. On top of all that they both also entertained and answered all of what seemed like 1,000 questions from my kids while they worked. If I could give more than 5 stars these guys would definitely get the maximum. Any and all future work I have done I will be specifically requesting one or both of these guys.

I am so happy with the work done by John King and his crew at Tom Drexler ! I had 100ft of sewer lines that needed to be replaced ! It was not an easy job considering most of the lines were under concrete . John and his crew were able to get the job done fast and efficiently! It only took them 2 and half days for my sewer lines to be up and running ! Amazing! I’m so happy ! I’m glad I trusted them with the job !

I wanted to share that our technician Devan Bennett was absolutely fantastic and his customer service was top-notch. We had issues on a weekend and the price was half of what we expected. I highly recommend them!

Johnathan was our tech to help us find our water inlet and give us a quote on our bathroom remodel. My daughter works nights and I didn't think she was going to be home, but she was and asleep. Johnathan rolled with that and was as quiet as he could be while putting in a larger access area to our water main. My daughter said she got woke up a little but was able to get right back to sleep. She also appreciated how quiet he was. He cleaned his mess and put everything back right where it belonged. He was very thorough on the quote for our bathroom and helped get scheduled for additional work I wanted done. I was extremely pleased with our service and will continue to use Tom Drexler. I was very impressed with how professional, efficient, and polite your technician was, and how fast he got the job done. Your technician did an outstanding job, I can't say enough about him. He went the extra mile walking me through every step. He made sure everything was taken care of. I will absolutely be asking for Edward Santana specifically during heating season and I suggest everyone else do the same for all your heating and cooling needs!

We had recently had our bathroom remodeled. Shawn and his teammate were so professional. They were attention to detail as well as they had a lot of passion in their work you could tell that. So we actually had our old shower taken out and a new shower put in. The old shower stall was made into a linen closet and the tub by the window was removed and a new walkin shower installed. They replaced the counter and mirrors along with the lights. Our bathroom looks amazing we love our newly remodeled bathroom. These guys were great from the start to the finish I highly recommend them. I would also like to give a shout out to Sarah. She was fantastic. She would always call. Make sure we knew who was coming and what was going on as the project progressed. Sierra was amazing.

Nicholas was very professional explaining what the problems were. He never tried to upsell us on anything. He just gave us the options on what actions we could take based on priority with no pressure to add anything that would take us past our repair budget. I very much appreciated the dedication to helping us solve our main issues without the pressure to get all the bells and whistles. Good timely service, no complaints.
