Eddy came for a maintenance visit on our HVAC system. He arrived right on time and did a very thorough check of everything. He didn't mind me asking questions as he went along and even managed to educate me on a few things I didn't already know about. He's amazingly knowledgeable about what he does and I get the feeling he genuinely enjoys his work.

We were extremely impressed with Mike. He explained the electric issues we had and even gave us peace of mind on areas we were concerned about. He took care of the breaker so we can rest easier knowing it's fixed. We purchased the VIP program because of Mike. The benefits for this are perfect for us. Thank you. Carol and Danny Paul

Mr. Stiglich was excellent. He was professional, personable, and has integrity. He explained everything, and gave two options depending on how things progressed. He really went beyond what was required, and I appreciate it. I have a home warranty service, but prefer to use the Drexler company for certain jobs. They have proven themselves to be trustworthy, and in the day and time we are living in, that is a definite plus. Thank you for everything!

L I had a garbage disposal installed about a month ago. I had an additional charge on my account this week, so I called to figure out what it was for. Turns out it was a maintenance plan that I was not initially made aware of. I was very unhappy, but Wesley from customer service contacted me and made things right. Wesley deserves a five star review, but my overall experience would be a four. I had previously left a poor 1 star review but I had a great experience with Tom Drexler’s customer service/billing department so I decided to change it. It seems like since Covid, customer service has gone out the window with most companies, so it is nice to see that there are still companies out there like Tom Drexler, who care about their reputation, and doing the right thing. Because of Wesley, I will be using a Tom Drexler in the future, and also recommending them to others in need of their service.

Tom Drexler technicians always take great care of our HVAC system. Having an AC tune up is part of our regular care and it provides much needed piece of mind to have our system taken care of by professional and knowledgeable technicians. Our technician Dylan Ferguson did a great job and was very professional and personable to work with.

Called for no cold air ..the tech arrived quickly and went to work. Very professional very polite and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected the unit, explained everything he found and got it going really fast, and I felt the charges were reasonable. I signed up for the maintenance plan, and would definitely recommend Tom Drexler to everyone.

Overall, we like the finished product. I especially liked how they framed the shower window. We work away from home, so I only met the technicians once. They were nice enough, but on the first day, I was told they would arrive between 8-9am. They arrived after 9am, no explanation, no apology.

Since I didn’t have face-to-face contact after the first day, I asked for a call/text when they left for the day, never received one. I did get a text when they arrived. A daily update would have been nice: what was completed, what the plan is for the next day, etc.

I had to ask about the plan for debris pick up, maintenance/care/cleaning of flooring and shower. I had to ask when the shower/tub would be ok to use, and was told 24 hours after completion.

The bathroom which was remodeled was upstairs. There was quite a bit of debris in the bathroom and laundry room downstairs. The trim between the new bathroom floor and our hallway carpet was not cut to fit the door frame and looks cheap. They are supposed to return and re-cut that.

The vanity cabinet has no hardware to open the drawers or door, and there’s no notched area to assist with opening them! I have grandkids, who will be the primary users of this bathroom when they visit, so that will be interesting. The showroom has a limited selection of vanity cabinets, and I selected this one, so I’ll take responsibility for my selection. I should have examined it more, but who would have thought there would be no easy way to open doors and drawers?!

Kendrick, the sales manager, was responsive, but overall, the communication from the remodeling team was poor, and disappointing.

Update - A different team, led by Matt, came back on 7/3. They draped the floor from front door to bathroom. Within less than 2 hours, they fixed the vanity, the shower shelves, the threshold trim. They offered to clean up the debris downstairs, but we had already done that. All is well.

Very positive experience with Will. We needed a new water tank and he was able to replace it and put in a new sump pump as well. Will explained all the work he was going to complete, provided detailed pricing and kept us updated throughout the process. Greatly appreciated the extra time he took to make sure we knew our options and then when finished, that we understood how to work our new water heater. One of the best experiences we have had, reasonable prices and we will be using this company again!

After snaking our son's sink and putting drain cleaner down it twice we could not get it cleared so we called your company. They were able to come out the next day. By the time they got there the clog had cleared. George (had Brian with him) informed us what to do in the future. And we were very blessed that they did not charge us a dime, not even for doing a service run. Can't thank you enough

Sorry, I didn’t see my repair listed. But well did a fantastic job. My guess was turned off by LG&E due to a leak and needed a licensed plumber to repair. He did an awesome job, so thoughtful, creative, and I have to say ingenius tried every which Way to help save me some expense. I really do enjoy the service. It has been a God send!!!👍👍👍.
