The Tom Drexler tech, Tony Hidrogo, was very professional and thorough. He didn't mind me "looking over his shoulder" as he worked. He told me everything he was going to do and what he was doing as he went about his work. He not only showed me any concerns he had, but explained thoroughly why that could be a problem later. Tony made me feel comfortable and was very honest with me about my choices. It was obvious that Tony enjoys what he does, i.e., helping people. If I need HVAC work beyond what is being done now, I will ask for Tony Hidrogo to be my tech.

Sherman was thorough and concise, he laid out all the options clearly. We appreciated him so much! Our A/C was up in no time.

Not real happy about an assesment charge for walking in my house and not even touching a faucet. Then wanting to charge me almost $ 800 to change a cartridge in a bath tub faucet. Easy way of making $90 for the company. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

Technician Eddie was great. Answered all my questions plus more I didn’t think to ask. Helped set up my maintenance plan. Great company and very pleased to have them as my service provider.

Travis was great. He was able to assess the multiple issues that we had with our ac unit and heating unit, offered us a reasonable solution, and arrived within the time window he gave us 24 hrs previous. He was courteous of our baby's napping schedule and made sure none of our kitties escaped outside while he worked.

Sherman Nicholson was my tech and he helped expand my knowledge on the inner workings of my HVAC system. He took the time to answer my questions and conducted himself in a very professional manner. He is an excellent customer facing asset for Tom Drexler!

Shawn was very informative about what was needed. The job could not be completed at this time, but he is returning tomorrow. He discussed other services with me and my wife. Great information today.

I had sediment build up in my water heater that was causing loud popping sounds. Will Turner came to my home on time, after calling ahead to inform me he was coming. He was professional, respectful, and overall a very nice man. It took about ~15 minutes to remove the sediment and drain the water heater. We had a very pleasant conversation while we waited. As a first time home owner, all of this was very new to me and he took the time to explain what he was doing and answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend using Tom Drexler and especially Will Turner.

I’m so glad I called Tom Drexler. I was stressing out all day about the mess that was my toilet. But as soon as Nick showed up my stress was alleviated. He was friendly, he was professional, he explained my repair options in detail, and he got everything done in less than an hour. Now my toilet looks and flushes better than it ever did before! I have never had any issues with Drexler. They usually can get on site same day and have been very responsive. All of their technicians I’ve worked with have been very professional and knowledgeable. Garret came and fixed an hvac issue for us that we called about, but further investigated and found another issue that he was able to go ahead and fix during his visit. He was in and out within a couple hours and did awesome at educating us and providing us with multiple payment options.

Thanks for all you do! Drexler is our go-to and we have been able to trust them for years.
