Evan & Tony were also helpful & informative. They were very considerate when digging up my backyard. They stayed to test the solution.

For a frustrating circumstance, everyone at Tom Drexler has been wonderful. Especially Sara. She’s gone above and beyond to communicate and schedule & reschedule.

I’ve dealt with a dozen people at this company and every single one of them has been kind, helpful, and genuinely thoughtful. I am so glad that I went with this company to begin with. They have taken so much time and care to diagnose and fix my plumbing issue with such thoughtful and communicative solutions. These old houses can be really difficult to fix and this team went above and beyond.

Bryan Stephens was the technician who performed the maintenance on my system today. Beginning with the personal phone call and limited accessibility (AM hours only), Bryan was all that I could hope for with professional and courteous behavior throughout. He quickly completed his maintenance tasks and then went the extra mile, showing me how to change my furnace filters. Thanks Bryan for the over-the-top service today.

Last year my compressor went out and we paid to have it replaced (several thousands of dollars). Once it was replaced we were told the reason the compressor went out was because of the switch which changes from heat to cooling but it could be done manually by a technician. We paid for a one year service plan on top of the new compressor to ensure that we would have this done correctly. When our technician came out he was unsure how to do this which is fine so he made some phone calls. Then was told to not change it from heat to ac and to stop the service. We were told not my my technician but whomever he called that we would just need to buy a new unit. So at the end of the day I was lied to so that I would purchase their service plan which I used one time (it cost several hundred dollars) and then still have to purchase a new unit but I promise it won't be from Tom Drexler. Just to clear the air this was not a lie told to me by Bryan S. or by Elizabeth. Those two technicians are apparently some of the best this company has so if they come to your home just know they are doing their best to give you the best service they can but they are at the mercy of their management.

Chase did an excellent job unclogging our kitchen drain. He was on time and very thorough. He was also very kind. It was a great experience.

Matt, Harley, Thomas, and Dylan did a great job installing our new mini split system. Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They made sure I was totally satisfied before leaving. Communication and scheduling was great and even coordinated install on the same day we had Tom Drexler here for a major plumbing repair. Highly recommend!

When my homeowners insurance quoted me a high price, I called Tom Drexler to come check out my A/C unit! Brian was very professional and explained everything to me. He got everything back up and running within 30 minutes. Will definitely do business with them again!

We called Tom Drexler for a clogged sewer line (Previously we used Roto router , terrible experience). Our experience with Tom Drexler was amazing!!! From the initial call the lady was very helpful giving us all our options and pricing (as it was going to have to be an on call service call) !! She was great and set me right up . We were then contacted by David within 30 mins !!!!! The efficient time and communication with the guy coming out is something that I very much appreciated . He arrived and was polite and helpful , and had great knowledge of ways to both permanently and temporarily fix our on going issue . I appreciated this as well bc the knowledge of our problem was never discussed with the previous company we had used . Over all Experience from start to finish was fast, efficient and affordable !! Thank you David - you are the reason that we will be using Tom Drexler in the future !!! Good Job !!!

The company back to me quickly after submitting a request online. Our tech Joshua was friendly and was able to fix our problem with ease. We will definitely use again in the future!
