Mr. Downey exemplified professionalism and expertise when he came and installed a toilet for me. Mr. Downey was friendly and ready to answer any question I had while maintaining a good attitude.

Was told by another plumbing company that I needed an electrical ground wire for my water heater. Jonathan came and showed my son exactly where the ground wire to the water heater was and that I did not need a ground wire. He was very informative and very honest and I think from now on I will be going with Tom Drexler Plumbing and Electric. It was very frustrating to know that a company I thought was reputable would be so ignorant or just flat out lie to get extra work. I will be telling others about the excellent service that we received from Tom Drexler and from the not so excellent service from the other company. And I'll be asking for Jonathan in the future for my electrical needs. Thank you Tom Drexler Plumbing and Electric.

James was very thorough while checking the outlets through the entire house. He took his time & explained everything he was doing. We were very pleased with his visit. We will definitely ask for him again!!!

We had a water leak. Nicholas, our repairman, was great about identifying and fixing the problem. I would highly recommend this company. If you can request who comes out, I would request Nicholas. This morning we had a rough start to our morning neither the toilet or sink would drain. I called another company and said no thank you. Called Tom Drexler, within an hour Brian McClain our technician arrived. He spent around an hour and everything works beautifully. Brian also told us about a maintenance plan and we were very excited to hear about it. We can’t say enough good things about Brian and Tom Drexler.

Timothy came to my home, looked over the job and gave me a range of options. Zero sales pressure, but gave me excellent recommendations. I was very comfortable with having Timothy and co-worker Logan in my home and Tom Drexler should be proud they are representing his company so well. I am one HAPPY customer.

We did not end up choosing Drexler this time for our project, but have used them in the past with good results. The only negative I've found working with them is the feeling I'm being sold to rather than informed and worked with.

The technician James Daniels did an excellent job explaining all the changes need to make our unit function properly. He went above and beyond trying to solve our problem momentarily until the final fixing is completed.

Needed to get a new AC and furnace. The technicians came out the next day and installed it in one day. Matt and Harley were so nice and professional. They cleaned up afterwards and explained how everything worked. Definitely great service.
