Chase was nice, explained everything as he did it and very polite. I give him 10 stars. He went and even helped me find my septic tank and dug a hole which wasn't even expected. I would definitely call you guys again

My technician, Mr. Michael Polequin, was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful Professional to the max, that is Michael!! He walked me through the things I needed to have my home run more efficiently! I signed up for the maintenance program as well as I am having him install a garbage disposal and faucet replacement on our guest bathroom within the next week. He unclogged our sink efficiently! Also, we are considering the home generator as well as upgrading our entire heating and cooling system! I am extremely satisfied with Michael so much so, I will request him for all future repairs at my house! Tom Drexler, Inc. is everything his commercials and advertisements claim the company to be! I will highly recommend Tom Drexler to anyone for all heating/air conditioning and plumbing needs!

Bryan performed a air conditioning inspection.The technician was professional and provided quite a bit of educational information that I will make use of as a homeowner. There was no high pressure tactics, just matter of fact information. I very much appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. Also Bryan is welcome in my home anytime. He was very friendly to my dogs and making sure that they were safe and not getting out the house. Just an all around excellent gentleman.

Called them for an emergency kitchen drain cleanout for a large
residential building the day before a holiday. They made an appointment to come after the holiday, but then called back and were able to be there right away and handled the problem in a very short time. Never do you see someone show up over 24 hours early and even during a holiday!!!! Very pleased, saved us a LOT of headaches!!! Definitely will call again!! Thank you!

Adam was FANTASTIC!!!! Very professional, excellent bedside manner, great at explaining things made us feel comfortable in our decision making. I CAN’T SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT ADAM!!!!! Will was very prompt with his first visit. He informed us of our options regarding the issue with our toilet. We decided on a replacement. He returned early the next morning and in a timely manner replaced the toilet. He cleaned up the area where he worked and you would not know he had been there. He was very personable and courteous. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing issues and he has pretty eyes and a nice smile.

Ryan Riley did a great job. He was very professional the entire time and was respectful to my home, in regard to cleanliness. No matter if the info he needed to share with me was good or bad, I felt a genuine sense and openness; which I could appreciate. I enjoyed the service he provided.

The men were very respectful of me & my home. Although my house doesn't have a swimming pool or a tennis court, they still showed the upmost respect. I really liked that a lot. God Bless Tom Drexler and what he has accomplished in his life & throughout our city of Louisville. God never blesses us just to keep it to ourselves.

We had an amazing tech come out to our house and got our system running again. Unfortunately, due to the age of the system we were informed that it was running on partial capacity and would need to be replaced. He also told us about the maintenance plans and we decided to get one based on how great he was and then we scheduled for an estimate. That’s where it went down hill.
The person scheduled to come out called and said that they saw we had an estimate early last year and asked why we did not get anything then. I said it was a finance issue at the time. This person had the gall to tell me that prices have increased since then and if it was a problem last year it would not be any better now. I tried calling and was on hold for 15 minutes just to be told I had to be transferred to another department. That department was “unavailable” and he was going to have someone call me back which after hours no one had called. I called back and finally got to someone and just asked to have my maintenance plan canceled. Sad that they claim gettin an award for market place ethics and then talk down to their customers. BTW, Tom Drexler, in a year finances can change.

Devon came after sewage water backed up and spilled onto our floor. He was able to explain everything he was doing and let us know our options. He was very friendly and also helped explain the cause in words we could understand. Def one of the best people we’ve worked with in professionalism and friendliness.
