These guys are the best. I have had the system for over 8 months and it's running great. They did not try to oversell me and they explained the different systems and their features. Neil and his team are very professional and they show up when they say they will.

The installers were very clean and the work is excellent. We had 4 companies come quote the project. KLM wasn't the lowest but they were far from the highest. I would recommend them if you are looking for HVAC work.

Called with a broke down furnace 11am on Tuesday. Had my part ordered, installed and in my now working heater by 3pm that Thursday. Randall, our technician was super professional, very respectful of my home and as sweet and polite as they come. Will use KLM over and over.

We found out that we had to have a new heating system due to a cracked heat exchange. KLM came out to provide an estimate the same day and two days later, they installed a new system. Jermane and Dan were the installers. They were efficient and professional. We would definitely recommend (and have) KLM to others.

We could not be happier with the service we have received from KLM. We have used them the past several years to service our furnace and a/c. We recently had to have our systems replaced and we of course had KLM do the work. We felt confident we would receive the best product and that the work would be done RIGHT. We were not disappointed. We have an older house and they worked so hard to make sure everything was running efficiently and to the highest standard. I felt like we were treated how they would treat their family... not stopping until all kinks with duct work and everything else were worked out. I cannot emphasize more clearly how wonderful they are. I would highly recommend KLM for any of your heating and cooling needs.

Our furnace went out a few weeks ago and Camron came by to service and got us up and running but showed me that there were some serious repairs needed. We debated on whether or not to spend the money to repair an old system or invest in a new system. Neil contacted us and showed us the different systems available and helped us choose what we needed. Jermane, Steve and Justin installed the new system and it is working great! I appreciate the professionalism showed by the entire team and their focus on customer service. Neil, Jermane, and Steve came back again to make a few adjustments to the A/C unit to make sure it was working perfectly. Thank you for a great experience!

KLM recently installed two Mitsubishi 2 in 1 systems in our home. It was a complicated install and the KLM team was very thorough in reviewing our options with us. They focused both on the functionality of the units as well as the cosmetic appearance of the install which I appreciated. Very positive experience from first visit to completion. On 6/21/20 my 4 ton York AC stopped cooling. I believe in getting second opinions on major purchases. In this case I had 2 techs confirm my York AC unit needed replaced. By this time I had 2 bids and asked friends for recommendations. Two friends said they had a good experience with KLM. I contacted two additional heating & and cooling companies.
Neil w/ KLM came out early on Tues 6/23. He clearly understood my needs, and gave me a simple estimate, noting that he could upscale it if I needs additional estimates. In and out in 30 mins.

After reviewing all our AC options, my wife and I felt KLM Heating and Cooling offered us the most for our money. I called Neil Tues evening. He said that he had confirmed he could get it installed Thurs. He also followed up the next morning by phone, saying he would stop by during the install as well.

On Thurs as scheduled a 3 man crew came to my door. Jermane Parker introduced himself and his team, Steve & Justin. He asked me to point out the thermostat, furnace and air units, asked me several relevant questions, and then reviewed each step of the install with me. Midway thru the morning Neil stopped by as promised to talk with the install team and check in with me.

I really enjoyed talking with Jermane. I found him to be that friendly professional you can believe and count on. After the install was completed, he went over each piece, how it operates, and answered all my questions about my complete heating and cooling system. The whole process was simply, easy, and all were profession and accountable each step of the way.

It is now 12 hot days later. My wife and are enjoying a comfortable home again and our cooling system is consistently cooler now. Should we need expertise in heating and cooling in the future we will contact KLM .
