I usually don’t write reviews, but how could I resist when I’ve experienced working with a superior company. After having multiple horrible experiences with Heating & Cooling Companies, I was preparing to be bamboozled. However, KLM exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and industry knowledge, and proficient service. That was my first experience working with a company that didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Preston arrived on time and treated my family with a high level of respect. KLM gives you that enterprise company experience with the small company personal touch…wow and thank you!

Jermane, Steve and Mike were at my house for installing a new heat and A/C unit in the house and a unit for my sunroom. The guys were very professional, efficient and answered any questions. I am VERY happy with the services provided by KLM. Neil took care of all the paperwork and made the whole process easy and painless. Would recommend KLM anytime. Their services are fantastic!!

We had to replace our hvac unit when our heater went out in February. KLM provided us with great service, price and friendliness. We also had outside ductwork that needed a lot of work as well. We are so pleased with how they replaced our ductwork and with our new Trane unit. We highly recommend KLM.

After hearing from another company that we needed our unit replaced, it was a breath of fresh air to have an honest and courteous technician clean and inspect our system. Toni was very thorough and straightforward concerning his assessment on how our aging system is working. I appreciate a company that is honest and respectful. KLM has serviced our HVAC for years and we have always been completely satisfied with their service. The technicians have been knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Recently, it was finally time to replace our old furnace and heat pump. It was the coldest days of the season, but they took care of us quickly, and had us up and running again in a reasonable amount of time, and got us a great system at a great value, with discounts for being maintenance agreement customers! Jeff and Jermane did a great job on the install! We are happy customers!

We purchased a renovated farmhouse originally built in the 1800s. I originally called KLM to convert the furnace from propane to gas, and it was discovered the furnace and air were very old, probably from the renovation in the '90s, so husband and I decided replacing both would be the most cost effective decision.
KLM was wonderful! They provided financing that is better than I could get anywhere! Because of the age of the house and the prior install, they ran into some issues after pulling the old furnace out, such as a wet board that needed to be replaced. They replaced the board and any other things that needed attention, and no extra charges were added. They were efficient, friendly, and professional. No one likes having to drop this kind of money, but KLM makes sure you understand what you are paying for, and at the end of the day, we feel we definitely got excellent products and excellent service. That is priceless.

KLM just completed a new install of an AC unit for upstairs. Their price was one of the best, but it was more of their professional team that completed the install is where I was most impressed. They were here every morning as expected and stayed till work was complete and area was clean. The team was very personable and kind towards my family and I. The install looks and operates perfect. Great team and will be going back to them when its time to replace the downstairs unit.

My tech, Jimmy Miller, was outstanding! He explained the steps he would take to repair my downstairs AC unit and provided feedback after he finished the repair. He also gave both of my AC units a thorough cleaning (showed me pictures), etc as part of the AC maintenance. He followed up the next day with filters as promised. I couldn't ask for better service. Mike Duffy at KLM is so knowledge and professional. He found the problem immediately. No problems, it’s working great! I’ve used KLM for years and am always satisfied with their work.
