KLM immediately answered the phone when I called after-hours, and they were able to get a technician to help me get my heat restored that same night. Cameron was the technician who came out, and he was extremely professional.
He walked me through what he was doing, then he explained to me what was wrong and how he came to that conclusion. My furnace was repaired quickly, but he stuck around and made sure it kept running normally for a decent amount of time before leaving.
It seems obvious now that KLM has a reputation for honest, quality service for a reason, and I'll definitely be using them for my future HVAC needs!

Our heat pump went out and KLM was able to get us back up and running within a few days. Jermaine and Mike D came out and installed our heat pump and air handler. Was professional and got the job done pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend!

KLM is the best! I called for service and Randell came and did a thorough inspection of my issues. Such a nice guy and very professional. Said that I needed a new furnace . And the very next day Neil Uhl came and gave me an estimate with a reasonable price and with no pressure at all. Schedule my new furnace to be installed 2 days later. As I said, KLM is the best in town!

The crawl space was tight and difficult to move around in but they were always professional and courteous, they did exceptional work, and they left no trace that they were even there. They arrived when they told me they would and while I did need some parts replaced, Cameron had what was needed to keep my system running.
