KLM Heating & Cooling

3/14/23 addition: Mike Duffy came for my annual AC inspection and replaced my compacitor. He did a great job, thorough and fast as always!

Neil, Jermaine, and Steve at KLM provided me excellent service in replacing my 23 year old furnace and thermostat in my home. They were prompt, polite, and neat. They even lowered my thermostat on the wall (which I had to stand on my tiptoes to see) and then repaired the wall from the old thermostat at no cost. Merry Christmas KLM and thank you for the fantastic service and for ensuring that I am warm and toasty this winter!

I was extremely impressed with KLM from start to finish. One of my AC units went out during 90 degree weather and they had a technician at my door in less than 24 hours. Jimmy explained everything in detail and was very professional. It was determined my aging AC needed to be replaced and the evaporator unit. Neil Uhl came out immediately during the technicians visit and gave me several options for replacement as well as financing options. I decided to go ahead and replace the second unit and evaporator as well and Neil managed to get my install done the following day. Steve and Jermane came out to do the install and again nothing but professional. They had me up and running within a few hours and I could not be happier with the work they did. They spared no details on the install process, left my home exactly as they found out and did precisely what they promised. I highly recommend KLM to anyone in need of HVAC service. They aren't the cheapest around but you 100% get what you pay for and I will continue to use their services for all my maintenance and HVAC needs.

Jermane and Steve were back today for the second unit, same outstanding experience. KLM even sent us a gift for our business. You dont see customer service like this anymore. We'll be a customer for life!

While I was getting gas a klm truck pulled up next to me I think it was truck 85. The man got out and I asked if I could ask some questions about my air conditioner he said go ahead he was very nice and polite. The name on his shirt was Mike. He was very knowledgeable when I have problems I will call klm

I had a no-heat situation on a Friday and KLM was able to fix my furnace the same day so I had heat again before a cold weekend. Josh was very friendly and professional, he definitely took the time to explain what was wrong with my furnace unit. I also appreciated that he was up-front with pricing for parts and labor.

Jermane, Steven, Justin, Tommy, Dan, and Neal were AWESOME! They were helpful, with a quick response, and answered every question. I will continue to recommend KLM! Such a blessing to know great christian customer service still exists.

I got a mini split from another company 2 years ago and it has been hell. It never worked and I got 0 support from them. I contacted KLM and they came over and assessed the problem. it was found that the mini split we had was way to small and not a good quality. We bought one from KLM and they said they would install it the next week. I was leery because HVAC places do not work that fast. I was expecting a month wait. the next week they called and set up an installation date for 2 days later. I was very pleasantly surprised! I had expected a much longer wait. They said they would be here at 8:30 am and they arrived on the dot. Again amazing. The workers were polite and knowledgeable. They had the old one out and new one in, in record time. The installer went through the whole thing with me and got me all set up. I (not smart) decided to reinstall the app and screwed up the whole deal LOL they arrived quickly the next day and helped me get it back up and running and didn't even charge me for my stupidity. I highly recommend KLM and would use them again. Great company, Great crew. I am very happy

Long story short... I had just closed on my new home. I knew the unit was old when I closed... and there were also 3 other HVAC companies that had been out to service this unit just this spring. They didn’t say a whole lot & just wanted to charge for a band aid fix instead of giving it to me straight.
KLM was the only company that gave me details & an accurate picture. They gave me several repair/ replacement options.
They took their time. They explained thoroughly & never gave me a sales pitch. Because I had all the accurate information, I chose a new unit.
And after seeing the old equipment they pulled out!? I’m going to sleep so much better now knowing it was the safe & smart choice.
I will NOT ever call the others & will now ALWAYS stick with KLM. Highly recommended.

Tony was my technician and he was excellent!!! Polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Great asset to KLM.
