I have a 27 year old AC unit that needs routine maintenance for extreme summers and this is the first time I’ve called KLM to come out. Evan was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and I appreciated how accommodating he was with me working from home on calls while he was checking the unit and replaced the filter. CHOOSE KLM! If you are searching for HVAC services, KLM should be your go-to. KLM installed a ductless unit in our home and we are overly pleased with the results. Jermaine, Nick, and Dan were professional, knowledgeable, and QUICK! We now have proper HVAC in our otherwise unlivable upstairs room, all done within a morning. You can instantly tell they take pride in their work and want complete satisfaction from their customer.
The level of expertise from KLM is unmatched. I cannot recommend them enough and will be a returning customer. Our dogs loved them, as well :)

Required maintenance was the deep cleaning of mini split units throughout my home. Tony was extremely careful during this process, as it requires water being sprayed in the unit. Again these are all indoors, and I was impressed of the lack of mess it made. This was primarily due to his competence in knowing how to properly do the service. Should he be your technician, I am sure you will be pleased.

We have been with KLM over twenty years. The service has been excellent and pricing reasonable. Just today technician Mike Duffy completed repairs on time as scheduled. All systems are again on go!

Mike Duffy was the repairman that came out on two different occasions to inspect and also repair my HVAC. I would recommend him and this company to anyone. They answer after hours calls quickly, schedule visits that are convenient for me, and inspect the HVAC system thoroughly. In addition, their prices for repairs and services are economically reasonable.

It's a Friday, my furnace is making noises and blowing cold air. I didn't know what to do. In a panic, I called KLM and was greeted with a sweet, kind young lady. She could get someone there in 2 hours, a competitor couldn't diagnosis it until next week. It's going to be in single digits next week, I couldn't wait without heat that long. KLM's rep (Michael) called me within minutes, he was on his way! Michael explained the problem in detail and a way I understood. I ask many questions. He was patient, knowledgeable, understanding and went out of his way to do everything possible to have my unit working, even checked the humidifier, vent noises and made sure my house was heating properly along with the thermostat. As a Senior Citizen on a Social Security budget, Michael explained the bill making the cost affordable for me, which helped tremendously. I can't thank KLM enough for Michael and all the staff. You have made a difference. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. You are greatly appreciated. It's nice to know there are still businesses and a staff who care about doing things right. From the first phone call, I felt as if I was important and you cared about my situation. Now I can sleep with a toasty home and a comfort knowing it will still be working. Tues June 13, 2023 Called for my air conditioning maintenance, spoke with Megan (hope spelled correct) who is ALWAYS so pleasant and helpful. We made the appointment between 1-3. A little after 1:00 Michael said he was on his way. I was so surprised. Michael came in, checked the unit from the inside, checked the thermostat, and checked the unit outside. He said it needed a part, what was nice about it? I know that I can trust what he said and it was installed that day at a fair price. This day and time one doesn't know who to trust. You can trust Michael and Megan they are professional, honest and friendly dedicated to making everything easier and run smoothly.

Lucky Hedrick was incredible. I was shocked by how responsive and communicative he was. I received multiple phone calls (3-4) throughout the day explaining each action that was taken and what was wrong with my HVAC system. I would highly suggest using KLM----specifically Lucky. He is who I will be asking for the next time I need help.

I want to give a shout out to Josh, who came to work on my geothermal units this afternoon. He was wonderful…very knowledgeable and professional. He also “put up” with my dogs😊Technicians like Josh are why I remain impressed with KLM.
