KLM Heating & Cooling

We received great service from Mike Duffy this morning. We called with a furnace issue and he came out very quickly, was extremely friendly and professional. He explained what the issue was in a way that we could understand. Highly recommend.

We use KLM at the IHOP I manage. They are always very responsive, through and efficent when it comes to both maintenance and repairs. Making sure we stay current on filters and belts. And when we have problems then they get us on the service list and A tech out to us in no time. The usual tech for us is Josh, who goes above and beyond to explain what he did and why he did it to make sure you know where your dollars are going.

Josh Hedrick was SO helpful in answering all my questions. I was thrilled to have a knowledgeable, professional person helping me with my heating and air. Not to mention how great the membership is! I can’t believe someone will be out to my house twice a year to service my HVAC system and make sure things are running well. What a GREAT program. I’m sure I’ll get so much more life out of my system now. I cannot recommend KLM more!!

We had KLM install a Reme Halo unit in our HVAC system to improve the air quality in our home and our technician, Mike Duffy, did an excellent job. He was personable yet professional and the job was completed quickly.
If you don't know what a Reme Halo is you should look into it.

For years, we have used KLM for our HVAC maintenance. Mike always does a great job servicing our heating & cooling units, & get the work done quickly.

Mike stopped in and helped us at the McDonald’s on Dixie Highway when our A/c failed to work in the kitchen. He was thorough in his explanation of what he was doing, the steps he was taking in completing his inspection and what we needed to ensure daily functions. Look forward to continuing our work relations.
