I had a great experience with KLM. I met with 3 companies and they were all-around the BEST choice. Neil even temporarily repaired my AC when he came out to give me an estimate and stopped by today for the install! Jermane and Mike D were so personable and efficient. They explained everything to me and left the areas around the furnace and outdoor AC nicer than they found them. They clearly take pride in their work and it was just such an easy experience! I highly recommend the guys at KLM!

I needed a split unit AC/Heater installed into my garage and I contacted 3 local businesses for quotes. I went with KLM as they were easy to work with, had a fair price, and were prompt in their appointments with me. I consulted with them on a Wednesday, and they completed my install the following Friday. The installer, Jermane, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took time to make sure I was happy with the install and explained how to use all of the main features of the unit. They did an excellent job cleaning up the work area when they finished, which is something I am very particular about, and I did not even have to ask them. I am very satisfied with KLM and feel that they have earned a perfect review as I do not have any complaints with the consultation or install and would likely use them for future projects.

Fantastic service!!! I have no complaints at all. Neil in the sales department answered all of my questions and was friendly and professional. The installation crew, Jermaine, Steve and Jesse, were very professional with me and very respectful of my home in terms of clean up, booties etc.... Most important though, they answered all my questions regarding my new system and that was very important to me since I am lacking in my knowledge of this trade. I will have them back to conduct maintenance on my equipment for the future. I just want to say thanks fellas for answering my questions...it is truly appreciated.

We dreaded replacing our HVAC system. We kept putting it off. We had a 2 zone system we had purchased from another company that was a true lemon. It broke down every summer! We called KLM Heating and cooling. Neil came and gave us advice on what would work better for our 2 zones. He gave us 3 options. He patiently answered all our questions and we had many. If we were going to do this it couldn't turn out like our old unit did. Neil brought Tom with him to thoroughly look over everything. They told us they recommend a new Trane 2.5 ton upstairs and a Mitsubichi ductless cassette in the room over the garage. We chose to take their advice. I am so HAPPY we did!
Jermane, Steve and Justin came to install. They were right on time, clean, professional, asked me questions to be sure what I wanted, they taught me how to use the units, change filters. Jermane noticed a duct we had forgotten about that heated the Mudd room and hooked that up too . He taught me how to remove the old ducts from the room over the garage so I could (DIY) patch the floor...because we now have no need for the ducts (installed the ductless unit).
Neil and Tom both visited during install to see how it was going and brought lunch to their co workers. This company takes care of their employees. I was impressed with the friendship the co workers had. They worked well together. That made me feel confident they would do a good job.
When the install was finished Jermane made sure I knew how both units worked. We are very happy with our choice. I recommend KLM to anyone needing a replacement unit. They know how to improve the comfort in your home. Before we couldn't use the room over the garage, it was too hot. Now my kids are up there enjoying the room! Thank you KLM!

Mike Duffy was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem very fast.

Called for emergency service over a weekend and had someone come out. They were nice and professional. Said we needed to speak to their “comfort specialist” and gave me their number. I reached out and it’s been almost 2 weeks and we still haven’t received a call back. The tech that came to do the emergency visit didn’t seem to have a full understanding of what he was doing or looking for.

Shepherdsville recently received 4 inches of snow and the temperature dropped to 20 degrees. What a joy it was to discover that my furnace took that opportunity to go belly up. It was toast. I called KLM and between Preston, Steve, and Germaine my furnace was replaced in a timely matter, They were truly driven to get the job done and even cleaned up after themselves. Very professional, polite, and on time. The owner Neil showed up during this process to check up on me and to review the work being done. I would highly recommend this company to any one.
