I got their name from my neighbor who used them to replace an old HVAC unit. She was very happy so I called. Jason L. came out and explained the problem with my HVAC on unit humidifier. Needed a new one. Gave an honest quote (I went online to price the replacement). When the unit came in, Jason called and we set up a date. Less than a week later the unit is in and already feel a difference in the warmth in the house. The second man on the job with Jason was Greg. They were awesome. They cleaned up and left with my gratitude and a smile which is why I giving this 5 star rating. Thanks guys!!!

Southern Comfort is always really quick to come out and Joey was very personable and communicated really well. He was able to fix our AC at the visit, the same day I called.

Joey arrived at our residence on time, and he was very professional! We had a leak from the drain pan, causing water leaks on our ceiling. He installed a new drain, angled the coil and drain pan to the new drain, which stopped the leak. He explained the situation very well, and we are very confident in his work! We would be very happy to have him come back with any other services we need! 😊

My HVAC stopped working on a Saturday. I called and Joey responded within 30 minutes. He was able to identify the problem and fixed my unit at the same time. He informed me each step of the way what was going on and answered all my questions. Everyone I have ever met at this company has been thorough and nice.

I had to do a second call the next day for the same issue and Joey came again. My HVAC is blowing a fuse for some reason and Joey was able to fix it again. He came at the time he said and was again, polite and helpful. I hate that my new unit is giving me trouble but at least I know all Southern Comfort staff thus far do the best they can and try to solve the problem unlike many other places in town.
