Great customer service, reasonably priced and always reliable! I’m new to southern comfort heating & cooling. After my pipes froze and flooded my basement in December my heating system went out so I needed help fast since winter wasn’t over yet! Y’all were amazing I’m a very satisfied customer! Thank you Greg Squires & Jason Lautzenheiser for coming out today during this rainy Friday to help take a look at my AC system. Y’all were super helpful and so so nice I appreciate it!

If you’re looking for the most consummate and professional HVAC company in Central KY, Souther Comfort is it. Owner Matt is friendly, detail oriented, and responsive. His team is efficient and stellar at what they do. Greg and Jason E installed one new AC and one new HVAC system in a historic home which presented a unique set of challenges. They knocked out the install in a timely manner, they kept a clean workspace, and were happy to answer any questions I had along the way. While I hope not to have any HVAC issues in the near future, I wouldn’t hesitate to pick up the phone and call the folks at Souther Comfort. Call this company, they’re best in the business.

Matt is really, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Used his services to evaluate current problem with AC. I highly recommend Southern Comfort as a go-to for HVAC issues. Will likely be in the market for a new HVAC system in near future - will give this company proper consideration.

Jason L and Greg came out to charge my system and they were both excellent and friendly gentlemen. They informed me of the proper filters to use and got my a/c running properly. I will have to agree with Jason and say “Go Bears!”

Jason Ellis came to my house house today and was able to diagnose and repair an a/c that two other companies that I had out said that they could not find the problem. Jason was able to locate it and repair it within 45 minutes and at a reasonable price. I’ll never use another a/c company again!
