Engineered Heating and Air

Outstanding company to deal with. Had a mini split system installed early last year. Tom was personally involved in the process from day one. They have been very responsive any time a problem occurred and very promptly resolved the problem. All employees involved are very professional and honest. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

He was early for appointment and respectful of the property. He wore booties inside without asking. He explained all his findings. No surprises. No unnecessary repairs. None were needed. I had to pay only the visit fee. I would recommend him without reservations.

I understand that the unit had a defective part and that was no fault of Engineered or myself. As this unit was under warranty I felt that the manufacturer should have assumed the cost of the repair. I would like the contact information for the manufacturer please.
But, knowing this is out of Engineered’s control and mine, I am very grateful for the attention and actions of your staff. Caleb was great and Cindy is always a pleasure to deal with.

We contacted engineered after our air conditioning unit quit working for our upstairs. We got a quote from another company and heard great thing about engineered and wanted to get their opinion/ quote as well. When the employee arrived, i told him what the other company said the problem was. He did not investigating himself and just took pictures of the system. He also said he would send the pictures to the sales guy and we would receive a quote. That was over two weeks ago and we have not heard a word from engineered, despite calling two different days to ask for an update. Luckily the other company was quick and responsive and got it installed within two days. Do NOT recommend engineered, especially for urgent needs.

I have been looking for a new HVAC company and decided to give Engineered Heating and Air a shot, glad I did. Their service technician was professional and knowledgeable. The cost to inspect and service my two systems was reasonable.
Nice to have an HVAC company I feel I can trust.

The board of one unit was replaced by a new one. Caleb was very professional and knowledgeable. I believe in his diagnosis for one of our units. While performing the maintenance of our HVAC system, David, the manager, came on the site and made sure about the service done by Caleb:

The lady that answered the phone twas wonderful and got me on the schedule same-day. Matt kept me informed of what was needed and what he was doing. He made the phone call to Trane for warranty info instead of making me do it. Answered all of my questions.

I’ve used engineered heating and air for at least 5 years. They do my spring and fall checkups and also replaced my entire HVAC system. 2 outdoor units and 2 inside furnaces. They do great work in a timely manner and the customer service is top notch.

Tim provides great honest service. I keep the yearly maintenance plan, so they do my heating and AC checkups.
