Recently MMI installed a new heating system, after keeping our original system running for over 25 years. They are professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I particularly appreciate their excellent communication skills, from initial call to scheduling to repair and completion. We've worked with Belinda, Brad, Doug and others at MMI and would highly recommend this local company.

They offer excellent service and clearly explain what is going on and what to do. They came back out on their own time to help with an issue.

Very professional service and actually did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. That seems to be quite uncommon these days with contractors, but MMI was reliable and I knew it would be done right.

We have used MMI for years. Over the years they have repaired heating and air conditioning and we finally replaced our upstairs air conditioner and furnace. They have always been responsive to what we need, on time and cleaned up so we never knew anything was done except that everything was working as it should. We have used Monthie for 18 years in two different houses. They have always been professional, timely, fair pricing and extremely knowledgeable. Brad has been our technician for several years and does a great job. Austin recently fixed an issue and also did a great job. Belinda in the office is the best, always helpful, accommodating and friendly.

Installation was very professional and quiet. The work was labor intensive and took 5 hours, but they did a great job. I barely knew they were in the house. They cleaned-up very well. I've used MMI Climate Solutions (Monthie) for years. They have always done a great job!

Each service technician who has come to our house has taken their time to make a thoughtful and accurate diagnosis of the problem we're having. We purchased a new unit from them and had them install it this summer. We've been impressed with their integrity and seriousness to get the job done well. Belinda, the office manager, is friendly and trouble shoots problems on the phone. She also sends technicians out quickly. Nancy was efficient and knowledgeable about financing. We'll definitely rely on Monthie Mechanical from now on.

MMI gave our church an honest assessment of the work that needed to be done to bring our HVAC unit back to good working order. Technicians and office personnel were direct, which is appreciated, yet friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend MMI!

Doug is one of THE best serviceman I have ever worked with. He is professional, polite and prompt. He is also very pleasant and so easy to work with. I appreciate his workmanship and flexibility. The company is great!
