Everything was done professionally and everyone was courteous and friendly. Doug Hensley did a great job of explaining the different options available for the new system and answered all of my questions.

Everyone else I talked to just wanted to replace my unit. Only Monthie was willing to find the problem and fix it. I would highly recommend them!

Called on Christmas eve and told the woman I spoke with that I needed my gas furnace replaced by Monday at the latest, as I was going out of town on Tuesday. Never heard back from them so I called another contractor, who came right out.

I would pass on Monthie Mechanical, this company is very rude and unprofessional. Especially the ladies that work in the office are the worst. Some of the techs I have met are very rude as well.

Very high mark up on parts. They sent an inexperience tech to my place and I think he put on a part that was not necessary. Checked on the part price after they left at brock mcvey and found out that they had a HUGE price mark up. Asked them about it and they would do nothing about it.

Stay away from this company unless you like technicians that can’t do more than a simple service. Do your own research to confirm what I’m saying. Their mark ups are outrageous.

Replaced my furnace very quickly. Excellent service tech representatives. Explained everything as they did it.
