Came out on a holiday when everything else was closed. Walked me through all of my options from doing nothing to repair or replace and the cost of each and both the benefits and down side of each. Once the decision was made to replace made sure that I was going to get everything that I needed and a system that would work for me. Figured it would be days to a week before they got my install started let alone complete. The service tech that came out walked me through the financing the best that he could and got financed almost complete before he left. They scheduled to come out for install the next day. On install day showed up around the time they said they would with a text message and email with a picture of the installer so i knew who was coming. I was working but they waited a few minutes while i got someone to the house to let them in. They worked in, out and under my house all day without me there getting my unit in. They didn’t leave until the job was complete. They cleaned up everything and left nothing behind for me to clean up. One tech stayed behind to explain the system to me. The sales tech even text to ask how things were going and let me know that some things had changed due to spacing but then turned around and sent me links to the filters they recommended after the filters they brought with the system were used. Would recommend 100%

Highly recommended this business! They have always been easy to schedule with and they come when they say they will. I really like that the office sends a text with the photo(s) of your technician when they're on their way so you know who to expect. Most recently we have worked with Ray Austin who has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. In fact, everyone we've had contact with at Southern Comfort has been the absolute best.

We recently replaced our 16 year-old heat pump. Ray came to our house and looked at our current equipment and gave us three quotes. He answered all of our questions and the quotes were complete, clear, and easy to follow. He and Matt were prompt to answer our questions and provide clarification to assist in choosing the right system for us.

Griffin and Chuck arrived promptly on install day. They were courteous, professional, and very respectful. It is always a bit concerning to have work done inside the house, but Griffin and Chuck could not have been better and left the area just like they found it. The basement and area outside were both left spotless. Griffin took the time to help program our new thermostat and answer our questions. We could have been more pleased with our interaction.

The entire process with Southern Comfort has been straightforward from bid to install. I would highly recommend Matt, Ray, Griffin, Chuck and the entire team for anything from maintenance to a new system. They take pride in their work and want things done in the right way.

Greg and Chris arrived promptly at time they told us they would. They installed our brand new HVAC system. They were very courteous and respectful of our home. They explained things to us as they went along. At the end of the installation they cleaned up all areas that needed to be cleaned. They took time to explain how to care for the outside AC system and then came inside to explain the new digital Thermostat. Greg went over the bill and had taken pictures of everything that pertained to our new system. He explained the Tax Rebate and made sure we DID NOT FORGET IT. Both men were very pleasant and worked hard the entire day. We would highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about Southern Comfort. The whole process was very simple. Everything was automated and digital, so I knew what to expect and received confirmations along the way. Messages were sent with quotes, confirming appointments and also as the technicians were on the way.

Chris and Chuck did the installation and they were great. They were prompt, professional and very clean. They were able to remove the old and install a new system within a day. Aside from the noise of changing out the equipment (which is expected), I wouldn’t have known they were there. Chris talked me through any questions he had and listened to any questions or concerns that I had. Again they were very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I will definitely be using Southern Comfort in the future.

My parents AC went out last weekend and it has been a hot week. Chris Dearmon from Southern Comfort came today and fixed them right up! He was friendly and professional and took the time to explain how he fixed the air. I recommend Chris for excellent service!

Had the best experience with Southern Comfort Heating & Cooling. Our old AC unit recently went out. The guys came out quickly and diagnosed the issue. Turns out we needed the whole unit replaced as it was 15+ years old. 2 days later the crew came in and installed a brand new unit and thermostat in very little time. All the guys are very professional and polite. Made sure to explain everything and did a great job cleaning up. 10/10 recommend these guys and the services they provide! Chris and his crew did an awesome job.

Greg was very inviting and knowledgeable about his work. He came out and looked at my unit in the dark and had it fixed within a few hours. He patiently walked me through the maintenance and answered all 101 of my questions as he did it. He put my heart and soul at ease. I am very pleased with the service he provided. Very satisfied with the job Southern Comfort did in cleaning my air ducts. Griffin and Max were on time, fast but thorough, and very courteous. Could not have asked for better service or results at a very reasonable price. Will definitely utilize them in the future.

Mike came to my house to change the filters on my HVAC system. I couldn't be happier with the service we received.
