I am so impressed with these guys and the work they did at the rental property we own. Not only were they the least expensive bid by a significant amount, they spent 12 hours straight overcoming some unexpected complications, and when the workers smelled gas in the attic after a long hot day of work, they went and got their supervisor, found the leak and replaced the line - all for the originally quoted price! They didn't even work on the furnace, so likely the leak was there before they even arrived, but they fixed it because it was the right thing to do. I was so impressed that I tipped the hot and tired workers, which I have never done before for this type of service. Just wow, what a great experience!

Engineered was extremely professional, clearly communicated timeframe for scheduling install, and exceeded expectations for new duct and vent installation completion. Focused on quality customer service - highly recommend.
