Had to pleasure of working with Jason Lautzenheiser today. He's been out to my house a few times and has been amazing each time. He's always prompt and is able to narrow the problem down within minutes and has provided fast resolutions. Jason is great!

My dryer vent broke and Jason Ellis showed up and solved the issue. He was timely professional and I would recommend Southern Comfort Heating and air anytime. Ask for Jason Ellis such a sweet young man.

Jason L came to our house today to add refrigerant to our upstairs a/c system. It is an older system but he didn’t try to sell me on a new one. He was happy to add the refrigerant like we requested and told us to call if it breaks down again. We will definitely be calling Southern Comfort for all of our HVAC needs!

Southern Comfort HVAC has always been as helpful as they can be. Joey Hernandez was my service person today and did a great job with my yearly service. In addition, he installed two thermostats and help explain their functions. Made a change in them when I asked if they could be set to backlight ON. Additionally, he explained some possible future problems - all this and polite to boot!

Southern Comfort installed a new HVAC unit at my home, replacing a 19 year old unit. The provided rebate information making the purchase even more attractive. They installed the unit in a timely fashion and the service tech, Greg, was diligent, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Southern Comfort Heating and Cooling!

I have nothing but good things to say about Southern Comfort! From the start, we worked with Matt and Jason and they were great in walking us through the process, figuring out what the best product fit was for us, and finding a price that worked for all parties. We got all new ductwork upstairs and a new HVAC system downstairs, and the team that came out for the install was phenomenal all week. Griffin, Chuck, and Justin did great work, and were very kind and communicative throughout the process! After all the work was done, Carlos came out to patch up the drywall where new pieces were installed and he was fast and did high-quality work! I highly recommend the Southern Comfort team for all HVAC needs!

Jason was professional and efficient. He got here on time, and got the job done. I definitely plan to continue to use Southern Comfort for both preventative and corrective maintenance of my HVAC system
