Jason L. arrived in a timely manner from Southern Comfort Heating & Cooling upon our request on April 12, 2023 for A/C repair. He was friendly, professional, and on time. He checked our system and said he needed a part that he didn't have with him. He scheduled a return visit for the next day, April 13, 2023. Currently sitting in my kitchen enjoying MUCH IMPROVED air output, thanks to Ray Austin and Southern Comfort Heating & Cooling. I've owned this home for right at 2 years, and have been limping through the harshest seasonal extremes because the unit in the house was replaced about 7 years ago, but they didn't enlarge the return line/vent. I called SoCO because they were highly rated and was impressed with the pricing, responsiveness, ease of scheduling, how quickly they worked me in, their punctuality and transparent communication along the way. Ray was so awesome!! He's so knowledgeable and personable and kind. He listened, explained everything really well, talked about options, and gave great advice. No pressure whatsoever. Plus if you sign up for the 2x annual service, you get a discount on other services. Great value, great service, great people!! 11/10 would recommend!

Southern Comfort is trustworthy and stands by their service and products. I had issues with a second floor HVAC system and S.C. kept after the issue until resolved. They even replaced a faulty new unit, instead of swapping out the component in that unit which they thought had failed. The techs at S.C. are professional and courteous. One tech in particular, Ray, is awesome. The owner, Matt, met and exceeded my expectations. They earned my repeat business.

Joey worked in my house in Lexington and was wonderful! Truly a treat! This man was professional, easy to work with and talk to, and covered any and all questions I had. Exemplarily employee and human! Highly recommend!

Everyone at Southern Comfort Heating & Cooling were friendly and professional. When we contacted them about replacing our HVAC system, they responded the same day and were out the following day. They installed the new heating and cooling system a couple of days later. We appreciate the pricing, quick turnaround time, and professionalism.

I've used Southern Comfort three times over the last few years and had occasion to need service as well. Every time I've been impressed with their understanding of what it takes to provide a great customer experience. They have installed two new Air Conditioning units and coils, a whole house humidifier and a furnace and on each occasion the work was done professionally. When there are questions, the communication level (all the way up to the owner {Matt} of the business has been superb. I would highly recommend Southern Comfort Heating and Cooling to anyone and everyone.
