Southern Comfort responded to my call for service immediately on the weekend outside of normal business hours and immediately diagnosed the issue. The technician, Chris, was very professional and knowledgeable with his work.

A couple days ago, I came to the AC not working. I immediately called and had someone come out today. The AC / Heating unit were fried and needed another unit. Matt and his team came out, walked me through the process, gave me a great price on a new unit and installed it in no time. Great bunch of guys; respectful; hard working and very efficient. Reason why I only use this company for AC / Heating work. Thanks guys.

I had such a positive experience with this company whenever I recently bought my home. Jason E came over and looked at my HVAC unit and gave me a comprehensive rundown of everything that I may need to look at and indicators of stuff that could happen in the future.
