My entire experience was outstanding. The dispatcher promptly scheduled a service visit. JD, the technician, immediately diagnosed the problem. He quickly make the necessary repairs including some adjustments to prevent the problem from recurring. A very satisfied customer.

I had an appointment concerning a toilet leak. Robert showed up early and was super professional throughout the entire visit. He was knowledgeable and checked every aspect of what could be wrong.10/10 would use again and will recommend to anyone needing plumbing work done.

GreenBox is absolutely the best service company that I've ever come across.
Our HVAC system went out after 25+ years of service but the time had come to replace it all. The initial system was installed in the early 90s so the crew faced a major challenge. GreenBox.. from the front office to the service department to the sales department and finally to the install crew, were pros. The best of the best.
They determined that our HVAC system needed to be replaced so we discussed our options with sales. They made the process painless and thorough. Within 20 minutes the salesman had several options lined up for us to consider. We decided to finance the operation through GreenBox because their options were stellar.
The crew made a plan for the VERY difficult removal of the old system. That's another story within itself. The install crew knocked out the install of the new HVAC system with the quickness. One day install for this nightmare job? Yes they did.
The talent at this company is like no other. Our past experiences with other companies has been, let's say... less than appealing.
Not this one.... Flawless.
