Devon and Rayleigh did a super job of unclogging the tub, replacing the shower head and fixing the plumbing for the sink. They were working hard but keeping us informed. They were knowledgeable and great!
Hope they come next time we need a plumbing expert. Great job!!

My Dad’s AC wasn’t cooling and his house was almost 80 degrees at 9 pm. Called Green Box, Hailey returned my call, quickly and was super helpful and so sweet!! She texted me a photo of Matt (which is such an added bonus, knowing who was going to show up at your door, late at night). Matt arrived around 11:00 pm, was very courteous and helpful. Problem was diagnosed and fixed in under 30 minutes!!! Loaded him up with some homemade cookies and a drink and sent him home to his understanding wife! Thank you for such a quick response and solution! You all are THE BEST!!

Glenn responded to get our AC back up and running. He was polite, efficient and explained his assessment and repair as he worked. He restored our AC (outside temp 93), and provided an assessment of the condition of our almost 20 year old system. We requested an estimate be done for a new system. Nate responded the next day and gave us detailed estimates on several systems. Both men were more than pleasant to work with. We did choose to have a new HVAC system installed by Green Box.

Robert came out today to do my winter maintenance. He was on time, friendly, and very efficient. I got a text letting me know who was coming to the house and when they were on their way. I love how informed I am about who’s coming and when.

Josh diligently and patiently walked us through all of the options for a new system heat pump blower and AC unit, and make great recommendations. The installers, Zach (the lead) and Christian were everything one would want: they were on time, personable and friendly, and professional; they worked really hard and did a great job on the installation; they checked their work and made sure it was correct before they left; and they did not leave until we had a complete understanding of the new system, how to operate it, and all our questions were answered. They did this all in the blazing heat and direct sun. Five Stars to Josh, Zach, and Christian. Perfect!

The workers themselves were good even though they did not accomplish anything other than telling me what I already knew about replacing my water heater. The business practices and lack of transparency from the company itself is what is discouraging for new home owners. We were informed about $99 diagnostic fee, which is fine and understandable. But failing to inform me that the hourly rate, FOR EACH EMPLOYEE, was $97.50 per hour. For 2 people to look at something and tell me I need a new water heater cost about $298, is ridiculous. Granted, if I knew about the rate initially and knew I would be paying for 2 people to show up and not fix anything, I probably would've passed and went somewhere else. The work your workers do may be great work, but not informing a customer up front on what to expect to pay has lost my trust in this company.

Using Greenbox is a great experience.
They came when expected and did a great job. JD, the service technician, was knowledgeable, relatable, efficient and reliable. He explained things to me what he had performed. I like Greenbox a lot and highly recommend them.

Came and install both heating and ac on a timely matter. Jordan was great and explained questions we had. Very professional. Now we have heat in the winter and AC on the summer.

Taylor has visited us twice recently and is very nice. He is capable and patient. He explains thing well.

My technician Matt B - from Climate Control Heating & Air was great. On time, polite and professional. We had a major problem; he got our heat back up before night. Climate Control Heating & Air has done use solid for years. Thanks 😊
