Matt is excellent, following in footsteps of Tony who was always great. Matt is courteous, knowledgeable, explains clearly and points out what homeowner can and should do, and remain alert to, to maintain system between professional check-ups. He acknowledges homeowner questions and concerns and follows up on details. Matt is good company, personable and professional. Our dog approves of him.

When I had an emergency, Greenbox were the first to answer and the first to dispatch, even in inclement weather. Both Jonah and Brandon were hard working, kind, professional, and empathetic. We had our furnace go out. GreenBox had someone out at our house within an hour and had an amazing team here the next morning to replace furnace and A/C. They were on time, very professional, informative and fast. They did a great job getting the new furnace and A/C installed and ensured everything was cleaned up when they were done. Wonderful customer service! We actually got quotes from a couple places before calling Greenbox and as soon as they came out we knew they were perfect. They gave us tons of options and didn't mind to explain their process.

He even took time to help me figure out what to do when we discovered a roof leak while looking at the duct work in my attic which was something that neither of us expected to find.
