Great thanks to the crew Dawson, Jordan, Nathan, and Zack who all worked in the pouring rain ALL day replacing the HVAC to make sure we had a functional system before they left. When issues of placement came up, they worked with us on options and adjusted. A lot of work in very little time, in rough conditions, appreciative and thankful.

Great service. Worked with them for a couple years now and will continue. Get the maintenance plan. When an emergency arrives, you get priority, lower costs, and a discount on parts.

I chose Green Box to replace an old furnace. The furnace is perfect. The customer service is excellent. I can’t say enough good things about this company. While I was out of town during the frigid temperatures here in Lexington, my furnace stopped heating the house. I had replaced my filter before I left town. Green box came Christmas Eve and put the handle back on the furnace where I had not put it on correctly. Problem fixed.

Kendall Young is outstanding. He really knows his stuff when it comes to Geothermal units. He immediately recognized the problem and took no time to fix it. I've dealt with him on other occasions. He is very personable and I learned a lot from him. Green Box has two outstanding technicians, Kendall Young and Seth Morrison.

I am so overjoyed with the service, and professionalism, and just plain kindness that the technicians, Paul and Braden showed me. In addition, Paul helped me through an emergency situation that had me absolutely panicked! I highly recommend Green Box! Everyone from the first phone call to the final repair are outstanding! I will never use anyone else! Thank you so much!!!

Wonderful company to deal with whether you need a new system like i bought in July or simple repair like I needed recently. Had to replace a busted stand/leg on the new Rheem unit. From Brandon to Jennifer to Brayden all were quick, courteous, and very professional!! So glad to recommend them and use their services!!!

This company was very professional and did a fantastic job they did not price gouge or take advantage. I would strongly advise that this is the best company in the business. I would give more than 5 stars if possible

Seth was amazing today. He was so kind. I am so grateful that he took the time to explain our units. Also he was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions in detail. 5 ⭐️ all the way.

Dawson was very friendly and professional. He is a very enthusiastic and determined young man. If he were in IT, he would be on my staff.
