From start to finish this team was amazing, very knowledgeable, and took the time to talk me through the options. The installer was on time and respectful of my home. If I hadn’t scheduled I would’ve have known he was there. Noticed a difference in the air quality and distribution immediately upon waking in my house!

We had these guys come out for two installations within a week of each other, as well as multiple installations this summer. Everyone on their crew is extremely professional and they get everything done in a timely manner. Never had any issues and will definitely continue to use them in the future. Excellent service and company all around.

Tech charged me $99 to tell me my AC needed a recharge of freon. Stated there was a leak in the system somewhere but didn't even look. The issue was in my evaporator coil in my crawl space and the tech never even looked at it. I feel I did not get the service I paid for. As he was about to leave he also quoted me an outrageous number for a recharge. No thank you and I'm not using greenbox again.

My experience from the initial phone call to the service was excellent. Both Lori and Taylor were personable and friendly but moreover, they were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Taylor was very thorough and explained everything to me in detail when he was done. In a nutshell, I’m wowed! Thank you!

From start to finish just a all around pleasant experience. Brandon was very knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell,was constantly in touch throughout the replacement and I can't say enough about the install team of Jordan and Nathaniel. The job was in a crawlspace and to say challenging doesn't do any justice mating up a new system in a old house. The job took a little longer than expected but even as it turned dark,they continued on happily and NOT one time did I see any frustration on their faces or even bad body language. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!

Green Box did our spring maintenance. The technician was friendly, responsive and efficient. He explained all the steps he took to ensure that our system was performing at peak efficiency. I was very satisfied with our tech and Green Box.

The associate who took my info and scheduled my appointment was very kind and helpful. JD, our technician, took the time to figure out what was causing our problem, and made recommendations based on helping lower the cost of the service. He also explained everything thoroughly and was patient with my questions.

A story about thier good work they did for my 84yr grandmother

They installed a new HVAC system and did the duct work and everything.
Today the last part of the work they did is being replaced. The duct work was not braced up or wrapped with insulation. They pulled floor insulation down and never put it back up. Where they did such a poor job the duct work has/had separated for the vents and each other. So we were cool the crawl space more then our house. If you ever use them make sure you check their work under your floor. They will lie and everything about how they do it right but it will be wrong. They will not fix what they did or acknowledge the mistakes in inaccuracies that they did. Please be careful when use them either you or someone you trust go under the floor and make sure it done right. That way later you don't have to pay someone else to do the job right behind there so called right job!!

In the last 2 weeks Greebox Heating air and plumbing Heating air and plumbing Have done several repairs at my home. One was replacing a hope HVAC heating unit and the other was a plumbing repair. Both repairs were done professionally reasonably and promptly.
