Rusk sets the bar with their excellent customer service and quality of work. They even brought over some electric heaters when replacing our home unit when the temp atypically dipped into the twenties at the beginning of April. Highly recommend!

Rusk has taken care of our three houses' HVAC systems over 25 years, including installation, maintenance, and repairs. They are always professional and very nice. Steve, the owner, is always willing to come take a look at the needs and problems, and he explains everything thoroughly. I trust Rusk!

Cliff and Tom in Covington are professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend checking them out! We've had other companies in the past that were unreliable and often times would "guess" at the problem. This guessing cost us extra time and money. Rusk is a true HVAC company.

The technicians from Rusk, including Andre who performed the service on this occasion, are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented. I participate in the Premier Service which offers additional benefits and ensures that I receive very thorough regular maintenance on my HVAC system and also on a ductless mini-split porch system that Rusk installed for me a couple of years ago. Time was taken to carefully answer my questions, and also to assess my system for its longevity. I was advised regarding a part needing replacement, and asked if I wished to have that replaced during this service call, which I chose to do. I received careful advising regarding when I might need a new system which was something I had inquired about when scheduling. There were not any specific repair issues at this time, other than the small part needing replacement, but I have had some specific larger issues in the past that were repaired proficiently with no further problems. I feel that the assessments are careful and honest, and trust Rusk to maintain my HVAC safely, and properly. Rusk also has been attentive to safe practices of mask-wearing and sanitizing during COVID, which speaks well of the business overall. I have found them to be a very personable company. Apart from the service calls, occasionally, I have had a question simply answered over the phone when a service call was not necessary.
