Rusk did a phenomenal job installing the furnace and AC for my new garage/office. The work was done exactly as expected and their prices were great. The system is so well-designed it heated the entire garage and office space from 55 to 72 degrees in 27 minutes.

Above and beyond: While they were installing the furnace and AC for my garage/office, we began to have warmer temps outside and it was time to turn on the AC in the main house. My AC unit was almost 20 years old and finally decided to kick the bucket. Rusk had a tech there the next day to confirm the unit had finally died and would need to be replaced. Given that the furnace in the main house was also 20 years old, Rusk recommended that we replace the entire system. We upgraded to a 96% efficiency furnace and Rusk added new, wider duct work in the basement that significantly increased the airflow throughout the rest of the house. Outside temps decided to turn colder that week to back to below freezing, so Rusk had two techs work 10+ hour days getting the furnace installed so my wife and 5 month-old son would have heat in the home. We would have gone to a hotel, but Rusk - without being asked - delivered 110% to make sure we didn't have to.

On time clean things that the other company had never touched. The last company was here for about 15 minutes, rest was here for almost an hour. They do maintenance right.

Replaced our central air unit. Previous unit lasted more than twenty years, and was also installed by Doc Rusk. The sales person was very professional, and had a quote for us before he left the house. The day of installation went smoothly. Installers were on time, and very polite (even asked if they could play their radio while in the basement). Took the day to install, and made sure the unit was working properly prior to leaving. We have used Doc Rusk for many years.

Our most recent experience with Rusk was to repair our HVAC system that was damaged by a car hitting our house. Response time was incredibly fast. They got our heat back on in a matter of hours and had the damaged components replaced in less than a week. Price was fair (though it was covered by insurance). This experience was consistent with past wrk done by Rusk. Highly recommend them.

The sales and service were excellent. Our service technician Earl was terrific he was a pleasure to have in our home and did a wonderful job installing our new furnace and ac.

I called Rusk and the tech Tom arrived that day. Later in the afternoon John arrived to determine what new system I would need as my unit was 28 years old and not worth repairing as the coolant was obsolete. John sold me a Carrier unit. Rusk prioritized my order & Tom came the very next day to install the new unit. Now that is what I call service! Judy was great on the phone and explained that a yearly maintenance package for my furnace & air conditioner would insure optimal performance of these units. I am so grateful for their prompt attention as it is currently very hot in Cincinnati. All three people I dealt with were courteous & caring. I cannot recommend this family run company more! They were great had them come because my furnace wasn't working my furnace was on it last leg when I bought my house a few years ago and kept dying, also it had become dangerous with CO leaking which my monitor was registering but not high enough yet to set off. The repair guy got me up at least in the short term because it was so cold I was worried my pipes would burst too.

Their quote was the best the only place to listen to my concerns about wanting the best furnace I could afford they quoted two options and were not at all pushy. Other places were pushy and not a better price, not worth going with.

I choose to go with Rusk they seemed the most honest, willing to be on time and explain, they did everything they could to make sure everything was 100% right the prior job was shooty the new set up was clean, fixing other issues like that the condensate pipe was not exciting high enough and freezing and the wiring to my thermostat was spliced in multiple places before but they ran a clean wire. The guys who came every gone were very polite. They even gave me another CO detector. Everyone was great from the repair guy to the sales guy to the install guys. A few weeks later and I'm warm with my new high efficiency furnace feel safe and have a go to company for any future HVAC stuff.

Rusk Heating & Cooling has been a blessing for me. They installed a new furnace and A/C for us, and the last visit was to clean out the vents and they also installed a new thermostat that I can control remotely. My mom can't seen well enough to adjust the thermostat, so this definitely helped both of us. Chris was our tech and my mom loved him and he was really awesome!

Everyone who was here were very respectful, very clean work area, masks and booties were worn. They worked within our schedule and were on time. They clearly explained everything. Any phone conversations went just as smoothly as the team at the house. This is our second house we have had Rusk install equipment and would choose them again and again. We highly recommend this company.
