Our AC went out during a heat wave. Risk came out the next morning gave us an estimate and was able to fit us in for a furnace and ac instillation in a day. The installers were friendly and professional and left our basement cleaner after they left. My wife and I are very happy with the new system. Our electric bell was less this last month despite having several days with record high temperatures. I highly recommend Rusk.

Had another company out because Rusk could not make it out the same day that I called them. This company said it would required two $400 parts just to get the system running enough for them to do further diagnosis of the problem. Told them not to do anything and just paid their service charge. Waited for Rusk to come the next day. Tom came and fixed the HVAC system with a $100 part—$200 total (including the service charge)!! I will not call anyone else from now on!!
