I have a newer unit that has only needed yearly cleaning/maintenance. I tried a few other companies that made this yearly task a chore. I switched over to Rusk in 2016, (have had different Rusk service men out every year and ) Year after year they have been polite, respectful (always wear shoe footies, never ask to use my bathroom) , professional (tell me what they are going to do. give me a verbal report on the condition they found my unit in and how it is now. Explain everything they did. ) The office staff is always pleasant, easy to work with (send/call a reminder the day before service, call when the service person is on his way, email a copy of the invoice for my records). All around pleasant experience.

Doc Rusk is my "go to" Heating and Cooling" company! They are always knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, honest and reliable, and reasonably priced! I wouldn't have used them for 25+ years if they weren't I strongly recommend Doc Rusk!

Quick, clean, respectful and courteous. I have no issues or complaints with Rusk Heating. They seem to have enough staff that the wait time is very reasonable.

I have had horrible experiences with various HVAC companies in the past. When my air conditioner died last week, I thought, "Oh, here we go again." I looked around and asked people out for bids. One came out and gave me a figure. Another company sent someone who said, "Oh, we don't have enough room to put anything we have in. I'm sorry; we can't help you." Dismayed, I waited for the Rusk rep to show. He did and, after looking at everything, gave me a quote $1,500 lower than the first guy!

The installers have spent the past two days putting in my units (I have 2) and, I must say, they have been very professional -- very clean, hard working, POLITE, and on time. I ran the one they had finished yesterday, and this was the first time that the room had been cooled to my satisfaction -- ever.

One of the first reasons I went with them is their length of time in business -- over 100 years. Someone who has been around for that long must be doing something right. I am quite happy with Rusk's service and product. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for HVAC work.

Rusk has handled several of my rehab/remodel project installations as well as serving my own and my children’s homes. Service has been timely and professional.

The serviceman was professional and friendly. The work was done in a timely manner however they took advantage of a bad situation to jack up the price. The ignitor went out on my daughter's furnace when the temps were in the single digits. They did not have the part on the truck and told her it would be an extra $100 to get one that day versus waiting til Monday. This was a Saturday. Knowing full well she couldn't be without heat for that long. We had no choice but to pay up. Other reviews mention that they are a bit pricey but this was a bit much.

I gave this place a 5 out of 5 for top notch service! I had been without heat and air for a really long time I had Graue heating and air, home depot, and lowes come out and give me estimates for a new heat pump, one of which stole parts out of my old heat pump. The estimates they gave me were $8,000 to $9000. Steve gave us a quote for $6,100!!! We had it installed a few days later! Chris and Chad were very polite, very very knowledgeable, and great with my son watching everything they did Haha. I found this company to be very reputable and they knew what they were doing. Steve, they deserve a big raise!! (Chris told me to tell you that! Haha).

I think that says it all. They have installed, serviced, and advised me. I feel like they treat like I'm family. I set the bar high and I have not been disappointed.
