Overall good experience, however there was one line-item on my bill that was over-the-top expensive. The rest of the bill was fairly priced.

I was getting my AC cleaned, so it was already open and I payed for the inspection/service, then they tac on another $300 to install a capacitor that took him 2 minutes to install.

I can not recommend Rusk enough. Their ingenuity, strategy, craftsmanship, and ongoing service continue to exceed expectations. 10/11

Rusk Heating and Cooling are the best!!! We have a rental property in Covington, KY and the tenant didn't have heat the day before one of the coolest days this winter. I called Rusk Heating and Cooling the first thing in the morning and they were there within a few hours and fixed the issue. They also came the year before that and virtually put the furnace back together from where someone had begun to try and steal the furnace and was taking it apart - They put all the pieces back together and it worked just fine. I also feel their prices are reasonable - You won't be disappointed!!! Give them a try!!!

My husband and I contacted Rusk Heating and Cooling in the Spring of this year to set up a meeting to have our air handler and heat pump replaced. You hear all the time from companies about how important your business is to them, but many times the actual interaction with them does not result in good service standards. Rusk Heating and Cooling has provided a remarkable experience for us from the initial sales meeting all the way to the final installation. This company stated that they wanted to make sure we were satisfied and would follow up to make sure of that. Any questions that we had, resulted with responses not only from customer service or the sales department, but also higher level management and the company owner. Great Experience. This is why we are a repeat customer!

Since I signed on to a Rusk contract for maintenance, a major source of worry about my heating and air conditioning system has gone away. The Company is reliable and helpful, and I have found them conscientious.

Rusk does an extremely thorough job maintaining my HVAC system. They are punctual and professional. When my heat wasn’t working they came the same day, diagnosed the problem and replaced the malfunctioning part. They are honest and reasonably priced.

I hired Rusk to repair my main steam heating boiler return piping, reinstall an existing radiator and install a new radiator. The system is over 100 years old. As is not unusual with an old steam system you run into unexpected things. They showed up at the agreed date and time. They brought ample technicians the initial week and returned on two separate occasions to complete everything. They honored the original quote and completed the work to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to an anyone.

Rusk provides excellent service, their technicians are professional, knowledgeable and get in and out quickly. Over the years we have used them for system repair, replacement and they installed a new system in an addition we added to our house. We were pleasantly surprised that the monthly Gas & Electric bill was less when using both systems. Their prices are reasonable and they are very trustworthy. Highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

Tech came out but needed to come back the next day for more troubleshooting. A different tech came out the next day (very Knowledgeable) and was able to save me 5K that another company was gonna charge me to replace my unit by troubleshooting it to the thermostat. I would def recommend these guys if you want a professional and experienced company.

We used Rusk to install a HVAC system in our home. Despite many call-backs, the system does not work correctly because they used the wrong components and installed them incorrectly. This is a family business. After they get upset with you they stop responding.
