Everyone at RUSK, from beginning to end, was very professional, knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly when installing a new HVAC system at our house. At my request they moved the outdoor unit to a new location that looked better from the front and removed the old unit. They also installed a new thermostat in a better location as well and it has been very easy to use and control from an app. I am very happy with everything and would use them again for any other projects we have in the future.

Rusk installed my new HVAC system this spring. I reached out to them through their website on a weekend and received a response from Steve Morrison(owner) within an hour. Steve who is a wonderful person came out himself to start the estimate and I had it the next day. They arrived as promised and the system was installed on time. The installers that came out were very professional and courteous. Had a mild problem on a hot weekend in July where the system shut done and contacted them after hours. Within about 15 minutes Steve Morrison called me and was able to walk my wife through a problem with a moisture sensor. AC was back in action and they were out early in the week to replace the sensor.

I would highly recommend Rusk to anyone looking to replace or service their HVAC. Great people who provide great service.

We have used Rusk Heating and Cooling for at least 15 years. Rusk Heating and Cooling has always been very honest when they have found issues with our systems during the semi annual maintenance. We have purchased several new systems from Rusk and have always felt confident that we were purchasing the right unit for the property. The sales representative never tried to “over sell”.

Rusk provides top-notch service at an honest price. The have replaced our furnace and moved it to a new location. All work was done flawlessly. When Apollo told me I needed a new entire AC system, Russ told us we just needed the A coil and replaced it saving us over 10k. I highly recommend this company!!!

I have found Rusk to be extremely professional with attention to details. They always do what they say they can do and are on time. Their work is of the highest quality. They installed a Furnace and AC system for me which required a substantial amount of fitting to put things together. I was very pleased with how they did this, keeping me informed, and came up with solutions which exceeded my expectations. After the work was done they made sure that everything was spotless. I can recommend them highly.

I've used Rusk for routine, semiannual service for a number of years. They also installed a new system for me in recent years. When a part defect showed up about a year and a half later, Rusk made sure the part was replaced and properly installed. The manufacturer wouldn't foot the bill for labor as well as parts, but Rusk took care of all of it. I'm grateful to them.
