A & B Heating & Air Conditioning

We Have been a customer of A&B for many years. The office is very efficient in calling with reminders about due services, and in scheduling appointments. A recent servicing by the technician Alex went very well with a thorough explanation of the services provided.

A B heating returned today for annual fall furnace pm.
As usual , Keith, our technician did an outstanding, professional job. He diagnosed a potential issue with the heat exchanger. Totally showed me the issue hands on, as well as the testing readings , etc. He then called and found the part was under warranty, and gave me a labor price. After leaving , he shared with Don Jones , who has already emailed and called me with future options with this unit or an upgrade.
These folks are at the top of their game !

Alex arrived within the time window I was given and got right to diagnosing my A/C - very polite and professional! This company had worked in our building before (multiple unit building, but they were new for me) and everything went very smoothly.

Had my full HVAC system replaced and an air-conditioning unit removed from a wall by Two outstanding professionals, Marcel and Cory. They started Monday morning when I was at work. When I came home, they were gone and I went downstairs to check on progress. Holy smokes! The new units were in place already! I was home Tuesday and Wednesday and they arrived early and stayed late both days. These gentlemen knew my name, thanked me for my service (USMC Vet), and were kind and courteous beyond expectations. They worked as a team with impeccable work ethic, never saw them stop, when the job was complete, showed and explained to me my new system. When they left, my basement was cleaner than when they started! Don, I would also like to thank you for everything, especially sending Marcel and Cory to my home for this project!

Been a customer for many many years. I recommend A & B to everyone. Most recent tech that came to service my hvac was Alex. He was on time, professional and set about servicing my hvac quickly. Alex said if we need anything with hvac - just give A & B a call and ask for him -- he's my neighbor!! Good guy.

I have been using A & B Heating & Air for years, and have received excellent service. The staff and technicians, especially Randy, are always courteous and helpful. Don and Amy Jones run a topnotch business!

In July, the motor on my compressor fan failed when it was 90+ degrees. I have young children and needed the A/C back on as soon as possible. A&B sent someone out who charged me $660.00 for an installation that took 25 minutes to complete. While the tech was at the house, I called the A&B office to confirm the pricing was correct because I had googled the part needed and it only cost $100.00. I ended up talking to the rudest answering service I've ever encountered and ultimately no one from A&B ever returned my call. I will never use A&B again!

If you want an HVAC contractor that listens and understands your wants and needs, proposes a viable solution at a fair price, and delivers an installation that exceeds your expectations, then A&B is the company you should hire. Out of the five companies we interviewed A&B was the only one that met all of our requirements. We highly recommend them.
