Customer service was amazing as soon as I walked thru the door. We bought our dryer from Recker & Boerger, not only was the price better than any other place but they beat all competitors with their delivery/haul away/installation. Eric helped me find the best dryer for our needs. They installed within a week of purchase, the guys that came were Knowledgeable, quick, and very friendly. We will be buying all our appliances here from now on. Thank you!

Terrible driver!! Could have kill himself and hurt other people on i74 because almost most their exit. May 19th @ 320p. The driver needs training as he is putting his life at risk.

My dishwasher was delivered and the 2 men stood out side by there truck pulled up at 120pm and g out of there trucks at 2pm to deliver can't believe these people there drivers ate rude and they don't care to make thete customers hapo

Just had new HVAC system installed. The installers were very good and respectful toward home & cleaned up very well. Our salesperson Travis gave us a very fair deal. Had 4 estimates and they were the best for product and pricing. It was a very good experience and would highly recommend.

Brand new condo. Said damage was already there. Complained it was their last stop. Over 30 minutes late. Here till 10:33pm. I can’t believe this and contacting a lawyer. Had to pay in full to guarantee stock. Do not buy from them!!!!!!!!! Wish I could give no stars. Buy somewhere else please!!

Recker & Boerger's 2 man crew relocated our existing fridge from first floor to basement and installed our new fridge in the old one's place. Very professional guys, no dollies used on the hardwood floors (didn't even have to ask), cleaned up after themselves, took the time to clean their fingerprints off the stainless steel, and explained first steps with the water and ice. They were here about 45 minutes. Well worth the cost. Very satisfied customers! Thank you!

Max spitzley arrived right on time at 7 am installed a new furnace and by 1 pm we had heat he did a great job 👍

My parents just had a refrigerator delivered. There were issues getting the water shut of for the install--which was quite distressful for my parents. The delivery men waited for me to get there to get that issue straightened out. They were patient, friendly, and efficient. I really appreciated how they handled everything.

We looked online at Lowe's and Home Depot for a reasonably priced dishwasher. After checking Recker and Boerger's website, we decided to stop there first. We were greeted immediately upon entering. The salesman gave us a rundown of the dishwashers and gave us some space to look around and check pricing. We noticed a scratch and dent model well within our price range which we purchased but not before he checked other stores for one in a different color. They even offered a warranty! I'll be checking back for our future appliances.
