Tim was on time and took the time to explain what he was doing. The best part was, our entire system is 22 years old. My wife asked about buying programmable thermostats, he recommended we wait until we replace the system, since it will come with a new one. The other item I’m pleased to share, he took us through what was available and did not try to over sell the most expensive unit. It’s hard to find honest people and companies, rest assured Bryant and Tim will not disappoint.

We called for service on a Saturday and they were here within an hour. Bailey knew right away what was wrong and fixed it in no time. Already feeling the house cool down! Definitely recommend Bryant and Bailey. He was polite and professional!

I love that Bryant keeps in touch with reminders for regular maintenance on my system. Tim did a great job cleaning my A//C unit. He was efficient and professional. I strongly recommend them for quality you can trust!

Not only did Tim fix my AC but he also noticed my water heater had some rust as well as water on the top. After having it checked out it maybe had a month before this trip turned into a flood. Am I happy Tim did more than “than” just the AC repair.

I called to have someone come look at our air conditioner at 3:50 & Tim arrived within an hour! He told me the problem & I gave him the go ahead to fix it. He had it fixed within minutes & made sure everything else was good before leaving! He was very respectful & made sure I understood everything that needed fixed. I highly recommend!

Just had my AC units serviced by Dan H. He was very thorough, explained the condition and details of each one clearly. He also arrived on time/early and gave me a heads up when he was on his way, which I appreciated. Great service!

Tim was on time and called ahead to tell me he was on his way. He went above and beyond strictly service and I was pleased with his work.
One thing I would suggest for all HVAC service people is more training on the split unit setup and service, as well as more able to answer general questions about this setup and remote use.

Tim was very helpful and explained everything to me in detail. He arrived early, and wore protective covers over his shoes as to not track mud into the house. I have used Bryant in the past for Furnace tune up as well, and I've been very pleased with them.

We built a new home with Fischer a little over a year ago and there was an outdoor light that within a year was falling down and hanging. It was at the top of the house that was way to high for my comfort level. Bryant came out and looked at it, suggested a light that would be much better for the area of the home with how bad wind is here. They came and installed the new light and was fast and efficient. Their employees were so kind and made it a great experience.

Update: I had Bryant out and told them I was smelling a burning smell when my furnace came on. The technician told me there was nothing wrong with my furnace. Not 2 weeks later my furnace went out in the middle of the night below freezing which I was trying to avoid by having them out in the first place. I paid $80 to be told there was nothing wrong with it. I wouldn't recommend and as a result I had Poston Brothers install my new unit & they were very reasonable. I called Bryant this morning for maintenance on my furnace. I had the pleasure of meeting Anthony. He showed up promptly, did a great job and even took the time to show me my furnace and explain how it worked and answer every question I had. Knowledgeable & excellent customer service! I would recommend this company to anyone!
