Your company is in no way professional or courteous. The problems I experienced were because of poor planning, poor training, and poor customer service.

I did and they fell on deaf ears for weeks. The thermostat was wired wrong, the electrical should have failed inspection but I got it through, and I got mostly lies a from the time your sales team showed up. They left debris and the install was IN NO WAY professional. All I needed to hear from your team was that this was not your normal level work of quality but they defended themselves each step of the way. I see now that several others are having issues, so I accept responsibility for calling your company. FYI, I’ll be dumping the unit your team stole parts from on your doorstep. You should call me directly if that’s not ideal, but I’m over your Washington Nationals level of operation.

Avoid at all costs

We had our entire AC unit as well as the furnace and a programmable thermostat. From the start we met Nick. He was amazing. He was professional, funny and not your typical salesman. He actually cared about us getting all the correct equipment for our home and keeping cost within our budget. Cannot say enough great things about Nick.
Then a few days later Sterling and the crew arrived. These young gentlemen were so professional. They arrived promptly. Worked all day and installed all equipment in one day. Then Sterling showed us the furnace and different components as well as how to work our new programmable thermostat.
He is definitely passionate about his work and it shows. To be so young, he blew us away. Again, I cannot say enough great things about Nick and Sterling and the other members of the crew. I am so glad I finally pulled trigger to get these units replaced but I'm even happier that I called Arlinghaus.

Tyler came out and and did a very thorough inspection of our current HVAC system. The intent of the visit was to quote us for a full new HVAC system. He did that as well as found a number of issues in our home that were illegal (and therefore unsafe) that will also be fixed (HVAC sharing a breaker with other rooms, flex gas line, daylight drain to the outside on a gas furnace). I am thankful he found these things as they could all put my family in danger should any of them fail. Tyler presented us with 3 options for financing and 3 packages to choose from with different options. I felt very informed and educated when choosing the options we decided on and I am pleased with the choices. To top it off he was here today and our new HVAC system will be installed tomorrow!!! Overall I would recommend at least considering Arlinghaus when you are in need of any of their services. I don't believe you will be disappointed!

Edit to add experience with install: Steve, Lucas, and Keegan came out and installed my HVAC system. (Oh and they did this in the pouring rain by the way!) They were clean, professional, organized, courteous, knowledgeable, and communicative the entire time they were here. I am very satisfied with the service I received. My UV Light didn't make it on to the order somehow, but Steve went ahead and did all of the prep work for that install when the light is installed next week. I feel like I am in someone elses home with my new furnace and AC system! My house is definitely a HAPPY HOUSE!

James was exceptional. If there were more than a happy face or 5 stars, I'd give it. Not only is/was he an absolute professional, he very clearly communicated from start to finish. He explained to me, as a 1st time home owner, exactly the info I need to maintain the performance of my heat pump system. Even more importantly he is a caring individual who made me feel comfortable rather than embarrassed...

Very professional. Very honest. Never once felt uncomfortable. I highly recommend this company. Having an HVAC go out is a crisis for some. James went above and beyond understanding this. My entire unit needs replaced and I'm not feeling so bad it now.

Mike Knollman was very detail orientated when gathering information for the install team. When it came time to choose a heating and cooling system I didn't feel pressured into something more than I needed.

The install is done. The install team did a great job. Very clean and professional. The new system is working great.

Arlinghaus is the best air conditioning company we have ever met. Steve, Cody, Bryan and Phil all were very polite, knowledgeable, thorough and on time. They took their time to both diagnose and explain our situation. This is a five star company who hire the best. Everyone seems to know their job and do it well. This will be the only air conditioning and furnace company we will ever use and trust again. Thank you all so very much, we appreciate you!

Their team showed up earlier than I expected and I was ecstatic. They did an excellent job assessing the issue we had and giving me a thorough explanation of how the pipe would be fixed. I had called 8 other companies and they were all busy until January and Arlinghaus made it happen in a day. Thank you

David was very professional and friendly as soon as he walked in the door. He checked the thermostat and went downstairs to check the unit. He called me downstairs to explain what was wrong with it. He was very informative and explained it so I could understand. He then went outside and cleaned the unit of grass and debris. David did an excellent job! I wish all repair people were like him. Thank you David!!

James did a good job for us. He was very friendly and showed an interest in a family. The AC check up was performed well and he shared the Happy House plan with us. We had wanted something like this plan to keep our HVAC unit running well.
