Outstanding communication and notification system! Calls and texts outlined every step of the process. The technicians were both extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and thoroughly explained everything. My family was very impressed with the entire experience and will definitely be repeat customers.

Arlinghaus Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning came to my home for their Hydro Jetting and drain cleaning services.

My mom had her yearly plumbing check which is included with the happy home service they provide. Our tech Baylin was amazing. He was professional and so polite. I had my 3 year old son with me and he wanted to see everything Baylin was doing. Baylin was so nice and talked/included my son in what he could. As he was looking under the kitchen sink he had him hold the flashlight and asked my son questions, it was adorable! He provided all around A+ service. This company from installation to just regular services have been amazing.

Nick showed up early and stayed late working very hard to resolve all of our issues. He kept us updated along the way and summarized everything he did and what to expect moving forward. Great job!!!!

When I called Arlinghaus this morning, I certainly didn’t expect to get a same day appointment, but Logan was here a few hours later. He took a look at my leaky toilet, diagnosed the problem, then quickly got to work fixing it. He explained everything that he did and was super efficient - in and out in under a hour. Great job Logan.

David returned to address a issue from yesterdays visit. He again did a great job. He stayed with it until it was solved. I would recommend Arlinghaus to anyone. Thanks for the great service!

Had them come and give me a second quote. It was a bit higher than I could afford to spend. Using an independent installer who I haves used in the past.
Nick was very nice but agreed they couldn’t come close to my other bid.

I hired Arlinghaus for a second opinion on our A/c that was not putting out cool air. The first company just wanted to charge us +$500 of R22 into our old system without fixing any leaks. Arlinghaus came out and found the leaks, gave us all our options and all the info we need. We ended up getting our system replaced, and while it was expensive, Arlinghaus gave us many options and the installation was done quickly and fast. Only issue we had with the installation was a few nicks in our stairway drywall.

Very informative. Arlinghaus didn't try to sell me unnecessary repair costs. They answered all my questions. I was one of those people who asked follow-up questions, and they didn't get annoyed with me—all pluses, in my opinion.
