Had maintenance scheduled and the tech called with very short notice and did not fit our availability. They rescheduled with another tech for later in the day with no problems. The tech who did the maintenance was professional and thorough, but also fast. Great value for system check. Had two complete systems assessed for less than $60. Would recommend them to anyone

Arlinghaus Heating And Cooling are great people to deal with. The installation one and a half years ago was flawless. We had our spring tuneup done today. Their technician Kevin was very professional and just a very nice person.

I have intended to leave a review in the past but always let time get away from me. Kevin G. performed routine maintenance today, found a problem, and fixed it on the spot. He was very personable and professional. We have received nothing but outstanding customer care from Arlinghaus. They go out of their way to keep the customer informed and verify customer satisfaction. The office staff is always pleasant and eager to help. Our Comfort Specialist, Bryan N. did a wonderful job assessing our needs, explaining equipment specifics and confirming that we were comfortable with our purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Anytime we have needed service or routine maintenance it has been performed quickly, efficiently and professionally. We recommend Arlinghaus to anyone with HVAC needs.

Jackson did an amazing job installing my brand new HVAC system. There was something wrong with one of the parts and he was not able to finish the job as far as getting the heat hooked up so they are sending someone back out to complete that. However, Jackson did amazing job on dealing with that process and getting my air hooked up for me due to it being summer until they could get the remainder of the job completed. I was very impressed with Jackson’s professional attitude and demeanor.

Very customer oriented. My tech was friendly, helpful and efficient. Would recommend arlinghaus to anyone. My A/C went out on a very hot summer day on a Saturday. I called in that evening and we as able to get a tech out here the next day.

I had multiple technicians come out this week to take advantage of my included maintenance services with the Happy House subscription. I also had a faucet installed. Just want to give a public shout out to Joshua Peace with the HVAC team and Logan Sutherland with the Plumbing team. Both were very professional and thorough in their inspections and explanations to me.. Logan also did a great job on my faucet install. All services I have received from Arlinghaus since I became a customer last year have been excellent. I highly recommend. Bonus points for having your own in-house trade school. It’s clearly pumping out some high quality talent!

I booked an appointment this morning and they sent Kyle. Kyle was professional and took excellent care of us. He explained what he was doing, what we needed to fix, and got us set up on the maintenance program. Extremely happy with my service and super thrilled they could fit me in on same day!

Brandon was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional and kind. I felt I got all of the information necessary to make a good decision on how to proceed with taking care of my AC unit.

Josh Peace (yes, I found out that it is his real last name, and very fitting too!) was amazing! He was honest and worked with clear integrity. He obviously knows his stuff and was able to clearly explain things to me about my HVAC system where I could easily understand. He was kind and courteous and was a pleasure to have working on my system. Not only that, he was so good that I am requesting Josh be the service professional who comes back to service my system.
