Greg Collins was courteous, thorough and punctual in regards to my quotes requested for service. I couldn’t expect any more. Requested quotes for a new HVAC system to be installed at 5 pm and they arrived the next morning to size my system and go through multiple options with me including different efficiency ratings and types of systems that fit the needs of my home and budget.

Extremely happy with the job these guys did replacing the outdated HVAC system in my home. Very neat, professional, friendly, and fast! I could not recommend them more!

The representative who came to our house worked toward convincing us that we should hire Arlinghaus and him especially because he was a certified journeyman, experienced, etc. Imagine our surprise when he was not one of the people who came to install our new heating and air systems. I felt very misled.
Now 5 months after our new unit is installed I noticed wetness on the floor in front of the new unit. My husband called on Saturday. We were told a tech wouldn’t be able to come until Sunday. Sunday came and went with no one showing or calling. Monday morning the office manager called my husband to say that the appointment was not communicated to the installer to come out on Sunday, so someone dropped the ball and did not do their job. He was told that someone would be at our house around 4pm. At some point after 8, the installer called and said he’d be here around 9pm. Now we find out there’s a crack in the pan that’s supposed to collect the condensation. This is not even 6 months old.
I understand companies are short staffed right now. It’s just very irritating that we spent so much money to feel misled, and the lack of communication has been disappointing. The installer is ordering the part tomorrow and will call to schedule a time to come replace it. We’ll see if that actually happens. Will be surprised if it happens this week.

Very pleased with my experience with Arlinghaus & technician. They were able to schedule a visit quickly and let me know when the technician would arrive. He explained every step of the process of the maintenance check of our Heat and fixed the problem right away .

Arlinghaus tech Joshua P. was the tech that visited my home for an hvac check/tune up. From start to finish he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, attentive, honest, kind....he is just a top notch tech! He listened to my concerns and plans and made suggestions on how I can get the most out of my system going forward. He took time to interact with my dogs so they would be more at ease. I appreciate the services that were completed by Joshua and will welcome him in my home next time I need hvac work. Thank you Joshua for making this a great experience! We had an emergency situation where one of my kids put something down the toilet and flushed it, I called Arlinghaus bc they looked reasonable price wise. I
I expected to get a machine to leave a message (it was after business hours), but instead, I got a super friendly lady who helped me out and gave me pricing so I had an idea what I was in for. The next day, I get a phone call within the expected timeframe from a gentleman by the name of Grady. He let me know he was enrolled, and when he would be here, I also got a text from Arlinghaus letting me know my technician was en route. Grady shows upand he was fantastic, polite, and explained everything so I could understand. He was beyond amazing, I honestly can't say enough good things about that man!!! Thank You Arlinghaus and Thank You Grady!!!!

Very responsive to scheduling some plumbing upgrades. Did a really nice job replacing faucets and shower valves and heads and also doing a sump pump replacement. Had a nice sump pump system with backup battery ready to go. All 3 techs who helped me were extremely helpful and very friendly and good at communicating what they would do and how long it would take.

Arlinghaus has been doing our maintenance checks for several years. They’ve been wonderful each time they have to our house. The are professional and respectful.
They don’t try to push products.
They make suggestions on filters thst they can provide but give you the option to buy it independently.
