Joshua Peace was an awesome technician! VERY thorough, communicative throughout the entire process, and really spent time educating me on my systems and their functions. Love Arlinghaus and will continue to use them anytime we run into issues!

From first call to installation, the experience has been nothing but outstanding! Each person that came to the house was professional and knowledgeable. They arrived before their scheduled time. They were respectful of my property. They took the time to answer all my questions before I even asked them. I would 100% recommend to anyone. Alex, Steve and Lucas were amazing to work with!!

Johnathan was absolutely wonderful! He showed up bright and early on a Sunday to look at our AC unit. He was very thorough in his evaluation and talked us through all of the options to ensure we were saving the most dollars while doing the right thing. He was able to repair within a few hours!

I called for a plumbing issue and a tech was at my door 3 hours later. I was given a thorough explanation of what the issue was and the two options I had, along with the cost. The work was completed the same day. I am have had Arlinghaus fix several things between plumbing and HVAC and have always been satisfied.

Joshua was absolutely awesome. Very polite and knowledgeable. He had no issues listening to an old lady ramble and even made friends with my rescue dog who is very fearful of any male figure! I love this company and have nothing but praise for all the ones I have met so far.

Edit 6/1/22 Starting with Tyler W. - he was great as a comfort care specialist. He was very thorough in explaining my options for a new furnace. It needed replacement due to a crack in the heat exchanger. The unit was very old so I knew the time was coming. I didn’t feel hurried or in a rush to make a decision. After purchasing we had next day installation from Nicky M., Dalton B., and Jake - all 3 were very respectful and took their time to ensure the job was done correctly. They explained how to use my new thermostat and how everything works with the new furnace and humidifier. They explained clearly when filters needed to be changed as well as how to do each one in particular. I am very satisfied with all aspects of dealing with the guys from Arlinghaus. I will definitely recommend their service and I look forward to working with them when I am due for any type of service. —Jeffrey Cook was a fantastic technician. He was very thorough and precise in his work. He went through everything with me as he was working. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and would prefer to have him as my technician for any future maintenance needs. Overall the company and service has been outstanding.

This is a top-notch company. Rick was fantastic and spent a good amount of time to try to find the right solution for our new AC unit. In the end, it seems I was lied to buy another service company based upon the actual data of how old the system was. I highly recommend Arlinghaus.! Fair price. Great customer service. Ethical.

This was my first experience with Arlinghaus Heating and Air and I was 100% satisfied with their service.
