All around great experience with A&B. The owner, office staff and installers were fantastic! We had a new system installed so spent 2 days with installers. Marcel and Brandon were very professional, on time every day for the job and answered any questions we had along the way. They walked us through the system before they left to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the install. They made sure we knew how to work the thermostat and got it all connected to our phones for remote access. The office staff was very pleasant and answered all our questions about financing and scheduling. The owner was very attentive and stopped by to make sure everything was going ok and to see if we had any questions. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Don Jones personally helped us pick out a mini split heating and air conditioner perfectly suited for our new sunroom. We had considered other options, but choosing A and B Heating & Air turned out to be our best choice. The unit was installed as planned and on schedule with minimal disruption to our daily lives. The installation crew was friendly and courteous and extremely knowledgeable about their products. Answered every question we had and walked us through programming the remote. Once installed, the new mini-split was more than capable of handling the heating requirements for a room that is predominantly glass. And it runs whisper quiet. Also, the young ladies who manage phone calls in the front office were an absolute joy to deal with. Making our experience that much more enjoyable. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and the professional manner in which we were treated by A and B Heating & Air Conditioning. Thank you Mr. Jones and your entire staff. Quoted me 14k for a new furnace when defrost board and sensor were bad. $864 for a part we found on our own for $90. Thats without labor. Didn't feel like fixing my furnace and wanted my $85. Probably wanted commission on new furnace. Husband fixed it in 25 minutes and got the part within 2 days.
