A & B Heating & Air Conditioning

Marcel and Brandon came out to install my brand new unit after a lightening strike and were fantastic, hardworking (even in a downpour), helpful and took the time to show me everything they’d done. Been with A&B for over a decade and will be a customer for many more years!

My heater recently stopped working. Called A&B. Turns out it was the thermostat.
No biggie.
They charged me $561 for a $60 thermostat!!!
I understand and agree with a markup but damn!
When we called to see if we could get it taken care of or get the unit removed, THE OWNER stated he’d remove the unit for $300.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON-ARTISTS!!! There are cheaper, more honorable, and more professional HVAC companies in the area.

Marcel and Branden spent two days at our home replacing our entire HVAC system. We’ve had A&B routinely service our existing unit for the past 12 years and it was time to replace. Marcel and Branden were very punctual and respectful. They made sure everything was working properly before walking me through the new set up. They made sure to answer all of my questions before they left. I appreciate all the time they took to ensure a successful install.

The techs were top notch! The job was done professionally and timely. The techs were very nice but professional. They also cleaned up everything both inside and out when they were done. We have been with the company for many years and don’t intend to change.

A&B won the bid for a rather large project at my house…. Removal of 3 old AC units with the associated air handlers and installation of 3 new versions. The technicians Marcel and Brandon worked tirelessly for 5 days to complete the project right before a forecasted heat wave arrives. I’m a completely satisfied customer.

Time for our Summer HVAC service and a wonderful very YOUNG Man arrived. Logan could have not been any more Professional in completing our service leaving everything clean and cared for. He has a very bright future ahead of him!

A&B is absolutely the best. I had A&B come out and the Tech Alex was phenomenal. Very smart and extremely nice. He was clean cut and very professional. This man deserves an award for just how great he is. I will ask for him everytime. Really explained thing to me in terms i can understand. Price was great and finished product was even better. Don and everyone in the office is overly nice and caring and very pleasent to deal with. If i could give them 10 stars i would. Very happy and the best in NKY.

Young man Logan was most professional unbelievable this gentleman was so on top of his game couldn't believe he was only 22 years old he's a a gentleman a scholar and this element needs to be rewarded for his excellence very good we'll use him and recommend his service to everyone I know

I've been using this company for years. Everyone I've worked with has been excellent. The people scheduling appointments are courteous and efficient. Every technician has been professional and skilled. Alex was the tech who most recently serviced my furnace and he was great. I've never had a bad experience. Highly recommend.

Total professionals. Great local company with a service-first mentality. Marcel and Branden installed our new heat pump system. They were friendly, courteous and thoroughly explained everything about our new system.
