A & B Heating & Air Conditioning

Martel and Branden installed a new heat pump and humidifier for me today and did an exceptional job. Both were knowledgeable and friendly. I've had A&B service my homes original heat pump for years and they offered a great deal on a new, more efficient, system. A highly recommended company for all your heating and cooling needs.

We had a whole unit replaced at our house and Branden and Marcel were fantastic. They went above and beyond on the installation and even identified a significant issue that was not initially in the scope of work! They were fast, efficient and very thorough. Thank you, your attention was very much appreciated!!

This company is very friendly and know their business. They are very courteous. We have a contract with them since they installed the new furnace. They come twice a year to check out our system. The service man that comes to our house, Keith, is always courteous and answers any questions we may have. They also have a very pleasant lady who calls to set up the appointment. A truly great company!

Randy came today for our fall checkup. As usual he did a great job and I feel confident that we are are in good shape for the winter. A & B has been a great company to work with for the last 10 years. The annual service contract has kept everything running and in good shape. Worth doing for peace of mind.

I had a new air conditional installed today by Marcel and Cory of A & B. Not only did they do the installation of the unit, they also took the time to walk me through all of the work that had been done as well as show me step by step how to use the new thermostat. They took great care of the house and made sure that all of my questions were answered prior to leaving. Don also took the time to stop by. I have used A&B for several jobs at my investment properties and personal residence. The service and quality of work is second to none. Most recently, Marcel and Cory installed a new system in my home and they did a great job. Clean, courteous, and excellent craftsmanship.

I asked my next door neighbor who they used when Capacitor went out! They recommended A&B Heating and Air . I called told them my system was frozen outside. They sent Alex he came was pleasant worked on outside unit and was like your service will be $485 I was ok. Worked on outside unit got to work. When inside and he discovered mother board was bad I has like I have a spare took 20 min to replace they did not stock such a part. My bill was $757 dollars only after I asked for $25 discount. Service call $85 One Pound R 22 $478 Misc $219 for 20 minutes of work! I did get it fixed in one day because I had parts! The owner did call and said that it was $478 dollars for gauges and 1 lbs of R22 Refrigerant because of a shortage ! He did say he would refund $220 for 20 min of work!

I've been an A&B customer for over 12 years. Their service has been consistently exemplary. The technicians and office staff are very professional, friendly and cheerful... and they definitely know what they're doing to boot! I appreciate the heads up calls when technicians are on they way to my condo.
