A & B Heating & Air Conditioning

We would absolutely use A&B again. Marcel and Cory recently replaced a air conditioner unit at our house. They were clean, courteous, and did a excellent job. Don, the owner, even stopped by to check on how the new instillation was going. Can’t say enough great things about everyone at the company!

We are very please with the service and new HVAC that A&B put into our house. Ian and Ben were very professional. Explained everything and even found a gas line that was not properly installed. They fixed it. This was a 2 day project and every night, they left the project area orderly and clean. They explained how to maintain the filters, so I can keep things going between professional visits. The new system works so well. It is quiet and very effective. I have to set the AC above 76 degrees. The men even made friends with my dogs. The whole experience was great.

A&B quoted my HVAC system and Ben was the only person of 3 quotes I received that took the time to listen to our needs and issues as we buy a new system. He provided a nice brochure of the products and explained what everything meant. The install was fast and incredibly well executed. Service since has been top notch and hassle free.

They are very professional and efficient. I called for a quote when we needed a new A/C unit in our home. We also wanted to change over to a heat pump and another return vent. We had everything completed and changed over quickly. Great customer service too!

I have been with A&B Heating & Air Conditioning for 10 years. They have a great list of services. Their system replacement brought great service and repair technicians backing American Standard. Their service and warrantee is as solid as all their other aspects of their business. Keith always does a great job.

Randy came and serviced our boiler last Saturday for it's annual inspection. He was timely and very professional during the visit. We would highly recommend A&B to anyone who needed a heating and air conditioning service provider.

My elderly father was verbally assaulted by Don Jones, the owner of this establishment. He had a thermostat installation that he felt was overpriced (8x retail price), and went in to discuss the charge. My father is not an aggressive man and was both professional and calm. Mr. Jones began shouting at my elderly father, physically approached him, and yelled in his face. Another employee intervened and told him to stop abusing my father. Mr. Jones did not. Instead he continued his verbal abuse including profanity and calling my father horrible names. Subsequently, my father received a profanity-strewn and insulting email from Mr. Jones. I am so shocked by this behavior, and also quite afraid for my father. I have urged him to go to the police, but he is too kind to pursue that avenue at this time.

An all around excellent experience. From the front office, to the service man, to the installers, all professional, caring and informative. Don goes out of his way to make sure his customers are taken care of and satisfied. I’m very happy with the new system and I highly recommended A&B for all of your HVAC needs.

We have been using A & B for over 12 years, and will not go anywhere else. When a company threats you right, there is no reason to look elsewhere.
Our air conditioning stopped blowing cold air on July 4. Called July 5 came to our house right after our 10 am Doctors appointment.
Keith was great (second time he has serviced our system). Very knowledgeable, personal, and easy to talk to.
We will be needing new system in the near future, and will only use A & B.
