Reddi Industries

Over the weekend my husband and I woke up to a flooded kitchen. After several failed DIY attempts we contacted Reddi Industries, Aaron came out and explained the situation and solutions. He was quick to get the issue fixed. He explained how to prevent clogs from happening in the future, and left the area he worked in cleaner than he found it. Shortly after he left I encountered an issue with the dishwasher not draining, I called back and left a message to have Aaron call. He called back minutes later and walked me through a few things to try on my own. After none of his recommendations worked, he made an appointment for him and his supervisor to come back. Aaron and his supervisor Weston showed up on time and investigated the issue. When they were unable to fix, they called and got a same day appointment for a appliance repair man to come take a look. A little while later Dana(the appliance repair man) arrived. He was quick to recognize the problem and fix it. He also had multiple tips to prevent more issues from arising. After a long day of multiple technicians in and out of my home, I couldn't be happier with the outstanding service my husband and I received today! Aaron, Weston, and Dana are the best. Next time I won't even mess with trying to fix the issue on my own!

Michael Jimenez showed up on time and was very professional. He clearly listened and communicated possible solutions for our plumbing issue. He got right to work and tried several ways to get our issue resolved. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Our drain is now clear and running properly. He also was very neat and tidy with his equipment and work area. I would not hesitate to have him come out and work on any plumbing issue again. Service with a smile and great attitude is something you don’t find very often theses days. This type of employee is how you maintain customers. Thank you.

The appliance repairman was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like I was treated like a person, not just a number to get the job done! I will continue to use them for all my services for this reason, and the fact that they are reasonably priced!

We had a washer issue. When we called for service, they were very knowledgable of the brand. When the issue was explained they knew exactly what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. They kept us informed of when they would be out and ordered the part. The service guy was very pleasant, knew exactly what he was doing, and had the part replaced in no time. He made sure the hoses had filters on them before connecting them back up. It was a very pleasant experience from the first contact to the last contact. Thank you.

Zach B. was my service tech and he did a fine job. An appointment was scheduled and they gave me a two hour window. I appreciated the fact that he called me prior to coming and gave me an estimated time that he would arrive. He showed up within that time and immediately found the problem. He was very thorough in explaining the cause of the issue, what it would cost to fix, and an estimated time it would take him to complete the job. He was done within that time. He gave me the option to pay now or receive a bill. I was pleased with the results and would definitely call them again for any future issues with my garage door.

My home warranty company set up an appointment with Reddi Industries to repair a garage door opener. The arrived when they said they would be at our home. The technician (Zach) was professional and provided a detailed assessment of the situation with our opener. He worked with the office and our home warranty company to completely replace the door opener with a new model. The process was quick and the work done that day. Our AC unit died on Sunday (in the middle of a heat wave) and Jason was at our house to check it out at 8 AM on Monday. He was frank and honest about our options for repairing our 27 year old unit. The clear cut choice was replace the old fossil with a new and efficient model. Reddi quoted a very reasonable price. The best part is that Jason was back a couple hours later to install the new unit! He was professional and quick. By the middle of the afternoon my house was cooling down along with my stress level. I happily recommend Reddi for your HVAC needs, especially if you're in a pinch.

We had a relatively small issue which turned into a flooded kitchen by the time we found it. I tried 2 other plumbers, both of whom were tough to get in touch with, slow to respond and could not commit to a time for the repair visit. I contacted Reddi and had a repair visit scheduled within minutes. The technician (Devin Self) actually showed up a little early, evaluated the problem, offered an estimate for the repair and fixed the problem all on the same visit and within less than an hour. I was very pleasantly surprised at Devin's courteous, professional approach and pleased with his skill level. I am in the customer service business and was very happy with the service provided by Reddi Industries.

Reddi is usually great to get someone to come out when you need them. We sometimes have problems with roots in our line and have had Reddi come before to clean it out and clear the blockage. This time we needed them on a Saturday.....they don't charge extra for weekends. The tech that came.....Daniel Titus, Tech #48011.....arrived when he said he would and was very friendly. He quickly took care of the problem. I really appreciated that even with the type of work that he did he was clean and did not make any kind of a mess in either my house or yard. Completely professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend.
I do wish it didn't cost so much but Reddi is comparable to others in the area on prices.

I am very happy with the quality, professionalism and friendliness of the technicians who recently unclogged my house's sewer line. It's an old house with its normal issues, and frankly I was becoming tired of waiting for people to arrive only to be offered a make-do solution. I guess I just hadn't given Reddi Industries, and particularly Adam. a chance to see what needed to be done. They were prompt, clean, uncomplaining, polite, conscientious and interested in both this house and its history. More important, I do truly feel I got a fair deal. While there are many tasks which I know I am fully capable of performing in regards to household maintenance, I also recognize there comes a point where it is cheaper and smarter to rely on a professional. I recommend that anyone at least consider Reddi for any home maintenance need. As long as they empower their field personnel to make decisions on the spot and proceed accordingly the will be your best choice.
